We had a great time in Wallace over President’s Day weekend. The house is located close enough to walk downtown restaurants and activities. Lots of room to hang out and relax with friends and family!
This was the perfect house to rent for the seven of us. Great space to hang out inside. Neighbors and the rest of the people in town were so welcoming.
Super amazing home that’s not sterile like some stays. This is a family home with incredible history and heart. Beautiful big rooms, great light, super comfy beds
Excellent location, well maintained, charmingly old (everything works it's just full of history which we loved), no complaints. This house was excellent for our stay. We were worried about parking issues as there is no driveway, just parking along the public street, however, there were no issues with parking at all. The neighbors are very friendly. Will stay here again when in the area!
I love staying at this home! This was my second time. I was there with friends over New Years and then I just spent the end of July there for a girls weekend. This was our 14th year doing a girls weekend get-together & it was one of the best for sure! We biked the Hiawatha one day & floated the river another. The home comfortably accommodated the 10 of us. It was clean and was in the perfect location. We enjoyed walking from there and exploring Wallace as well.
Another wonderful vacation at the HoHo House! Our family loves vacationing at this beautiful home. Wallace is our base for meeting family to ski, hike, ride bikes and explore this beautiful area. Thanks again!
We had the greatest time with family and friends in your home. We had everything we needed! The home was very comfortable for our group! Just one question…what’s the story behind Clark Kent? Haha. We wanted to stay somewhere close to the Hiawatha Bike trail which is about 15 mins away. We also went to Silverwood In Coeur d’Alene Idaho which is about 1 hour away. The kids enjoyed riding their bikes around the neighborhood and town. The house is so close to all the restaurants in town. We even got to see the resident town moose walking home from dinner one night. We would definitely stay again!
A beautiful, clean home away from home! This was the perfect place to stay for our winter vacation and our summer vacation. The owners are very accommodating and do a great job. There was plenty of space for all to have privacy. Great living area and that kitchen table is amazing for seating the whole bunch!
Our Wallace, Id rental was just right for our family get-together! The property fit the needs of children, teens, parents and grandparents. There was ample kitchen and dining space, living room area for relaxing and games, and close access to the Hiawatha trail & Pluaski Trail.
Everything was outstanding! The house was incredible and the floor plan really hit the spot from the kitchen to the living room and all of the bedrooms. We had short walks to the downtown area and the parking was as anticipated. The family was from Washington, Idaho, Tennessee, Kentucky and Georgia and they left with a great impression of the house, the town and the mountains!
Very well designed home. Everyone had plenty of room. We loved the fireplace after skiing. It was so nice to be able to walk from the house to anywhere around town. Loved the decor and the history that was displayed throughout the home! Looking forward to staying there again on our next ski vacation! Thank you for everything!
Cannot say enough wonderful things about the Hoho house in Wallace. This tastefully eclectic home has comfortable beds, fresh linens, hot showers, and a full kitchen. 20 minutes from Lookout Pass made for an easy commute to the slopes. Enjoyed walking downtown from the house and especially enjoyed Slab Meat Company the food truck/bus. We hope to make a return trip to Hoho house in the future! 5 stars!
This was a fun place to stay, perfect for my family of 8. My kids are 15-4 and they loved the games and books and we loved the town how walkable it is and the mining tour, hikes, accessibility to coerdelane and the Hiawatha trail. It was perfect.
Great for large family and groups. Dining area seats 10 easily and a large comfortable living room area. Short walk to town and restaurants. Owner was helpful and easy to reach with any questions.
The house was in a great location and very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Really enjoyed all the beautiful memorabilia. Great option for one large family or for a couple of families or a group of friends to share.
Our party of 10 had a fantastic time at this wonderful property. Super easy access to two great ski resorts (silver mtn and lookout pass - just 15 minutes from the house). And the house was within walking distance to main street Wallace and some nice restaurants!
The house had absolutely everything we needed! And the owners were super responsive to us. We will certainly plan to return!
The property was perfect for our family. Wallace is an amazing small town. Mine tours, bike rides, antique shopping, so relaxing. Our family had a wonderful time in Wallace!!
