This modern holiday home from 2023 with an outdoor hot tub, sauna, and activity room with table football, table tennis, TV, shuffleboard, billiards, darts, and lots of indoor games is located in Marielyst, approx. 1200 meters from one of Denmark's best beaches. The cozy living room is combined with a modern kitchen, which includes induction hobs, a separate oven and combi oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The window facade provides beautiful daylight to the living room and dining table. The living room has a smart TV with Danish TV channels and wireless internet. Enjoy the sun on the terrace in the garden furniture or on the sun loungers, and as evening approaches, you can extend the evening's cosiness under the covered and screened terrace with patio heater while you conjure up a delicious meal on the grill. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, and the house is heated by an energy-efficient air/water heat pump. There are five bedrooms, one with a double bed and four with two single beds. There are also two lofts, each with two mattresses. There are two bathrooms in the house, each equipped with a toilet, sink, and shower. The property has a large fenced garden, which is ideal for games and play, and there is a trampoline (use at your own risk/insurance). There is a Type 2-IEC 62196-2 charging station for electric cars.There is a fenced garden. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
