Large holiday home located on a large, enclosed plot by one of Denmark's best beaches in Marielyst, only approx. 50 meters from the sea. The house has a swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna and gym with rowing machine and exercise bike as well as wireless internet m.m. In the large indoor pool there is the opportunity for lots of play and cozy togetherness of all ages. The swimming pool measures 4 m in width, 5 m in length and it is 1.27 m deep. From the pool area there is access to the whirlpool and sauna as well as a walk in the gym. You can also play a game of table football. The cozy kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic hob, convection oven, microwave and dishwasher. There are two bathrooms with shower and two toilets. The living room has a wood burning stove, TV, stereo CD player, Chromecast, blu-ray player and radio. Furthermore, there is one more TV in the house. There are many German and Danish channels m.m. For the little ones there is a high chair and cot. The cottage is equipped with an energy-saving heat pump in the living room. Washer and dryer in utility room. The house is furnished with four good bedrooms, two of which have a double bed, one bedroom has a double bed and a single bed and the last with two single beds. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
