It can accommodate up to 14 people across six bedrooms and three bathrooms. The house is situated on a large, inviting natural plot with a football goal, trampoline, sandpit, swings and various garden games. The adults can relax in the covered lounge area, which offers space for a cosy chat and a glass of wine. Here you’ll also find a lovely outdoor spa with room for seven people. Inside the house, you can gather in the bright living area, where the living room and kitchen merge into one large open-plan space. The kitchen is equipped with two ovens, two dishwashers and two fridges, making it easy to cook for large groups – without compromising on comfort. In the large games room, you’ll find table tennis, a pool table, table football and a games console. When it’s time to pamper yourselves, you can enjoy a relaxing moment in the indoor spa or let the warmth envelop you in the house’s private sauna – perfect after a day at the beach or a long walk along the coast. Just 1,200 metres away lies Marielyst’s popular bathing beach – one of Denmark’s best – and you can do your shopping just 800 metres from the house. In addition, you have free access to both the Falster Swimming Centre and the Nordfalster Swimming Centre, giving you even more opportunities for fun times together – whatever the weather.
