The Harbour and town are a short stroll away through historic Downalong. Built over 2 floors, Lower Deck is typical of many properties of its type in the town, having been subdivided from its upstairs neighbour long ago. Sharing the use of a small courtyard with its sister property, The Lookout, where the bin store and key safe are located.

For those interested in walking, this property, together with The Lookout, is within yards of the South West Coastal Path. The properties can be combined for larger groups of 8 to benefit from 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms.
