It's a beautiful house, with an immense, wonderful garden, and lovely rural location, yet only 5 minutes in the car or 30 minutes walking to Reepham, with its excellent shops and pubs.

Little Orchard is a fantastic base to explore North Norfolk.
Little Orchard is a fantastic base to explore North Norfolk. It is peaceful and remote, set down windy country lanes but less than 30mins drive to so many wonderful places to explore. The house is welcoming, comfortable and private with everything you need. There were books and toys for the kids; a lovely touch. Any issues we had were minor and Melody handled quickly. This is the first place we would consider returning to, we loved it that much.

We have just come back from a much needed, quiet & a very relaxing week at Little Orchard.
We have just come back from a much needed, quiet & a very relaxing week at Little Orchard. The bungalow had a lovely feel to it, friendly & warm, you could not fault it. There were games, books, jigsaws etc. The owners had thought of everything. We arrived to milk & orange juice in the fridge, tea, coffee & sugar. We ate out every day, so we did not use any cooking facilities. We would be very happy to go back. The only down side was you had to drive when you went out, there was nothing within walking distance, but that did not bother us.
