Located within the village of Punta su Turrione in the municipality of Stintino, this beautiful cottage features a private pool and a 500-square-meter garden.
It is arranged on a single ground floor of approximately 110 square metres and consists of a bright living room with a spacious kitchenette and access to the large patio facing the private pool. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers and bathtubs. A double sofa bed in the living room provides a total of six sleeping spots, with the option to add a seventh.
Barbecue and outdoor dining area.
Convenient private parking space.
Air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, storage closet.
The village is served by a bus to and from the beaches and the town of Stintino.
The resort offers amenities such as a supermarket, restaurants, bars, shops, and evening entertainment in the town square.
Excellent location, just 500 metres from the sea and about one kilometre from the white-sand beaches of "Saline." It is near one of Sardinia's most beautiful beaches: "La Pelosa," facing the Asinara Island Park.
