Located in the most extreme and panoramic point in the northwest of Sardinia, in front of the Aragonese Tower of the Pelosa and only 300 meters from the white sandy beach of Pelosa reached by a private road that ends in the private parking, Villa with large garden of 1000 m2 and large infinity pool of 12 mx 5 equipped with all the best comforts from the air conditioning system to the wifi network to the solar energy system for water heating, consisting of: a double bedroom with private bathroom with large shower; a bedroom with 2 large single beds; a bedroom with a large single bed; a bathroom with a bathtub reserved for the 2 rooms; a study room with a single bed that converts into a double bed; a bathroom with a large shower; a kitchen complete with all appliances; a living area with 2 corner sofas positioned in front of the fireplace and the large dining area television; ideal for 6 guests - in case the guests were of a higher number, the large Dependance is combined which is composed of: a large double bedroom with private bathroom and large shower of 150 x 100 cm; a large bedroom with double bed + single bed with private bathroom and 90 x 90 cm shower; a large living area consisting of a kitchen with an island and a dining counter complete with: microwave oven; nespresso coffee machine; dishwasher; fridge with freezer; washing machine with dryer; induction hob; suction system connected to the outside; completes the living area a large corner sofa, which has the ability to turn into a real double bed, facing the corner TV. _ in the outdoor garden, in addition to the area dedicated to the large swimming pool with solarium and showers, there are large terraces where you can have lunch and relax - there is also a barbecue area available - there are 4 parking spaces available
