Independent villa with private swimming pool and outdoor Jacuzzi, 4 spacious bedrooms with private bathroom and air conditioning, equipped kitchen, living room, outdoor patio with dining table, barbecue, furnished veranda, 1500 m2 Mediterranean garden with ping pong table.
Villa Blanca is arranged on 2 levels:
on the ground floor living room with dining table overlooking the sea, lounge with comfortable sofas overlooking the sea, satellite TV and fireplace, equipped kitchen with sea view, bedroom with bunk bed and mezzanine with French bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, double bedroom with bed sea view and private bathroom with shower.
On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with independent entrance with double bed and private bathroom with shower.
On the first floor the master bedroom with bathroom and terrace with superb sea view.

The property enjoys an unrepeatable position right in front of the wonderful Gulf of Asinara and only 1 km from the center of Stintino.
The newly built swimming pool is 11.50 x 3.40 meters, maximum depth 1. 40 meters

The villa is beautiful and just as described in the listing. We travelled with friends who have 2 children the same age as ours (ages 6 and 8) and the set up was perfect for both families. The villa is right on the shore offering easy access for swimming and kayaking. The water in the bay is quite shallow which makes for a safe kayaking experience for young kids. The pool and hot tub area is fantastic, and we spent a lot of time there. There is also an outdoor bbq. In terms of location, the villa is in a gated community around 1km walk from Stintino via a walking path. The town has plenty of great bars and restaurants. La Pelosa beach is 10 mins away by car. Overall we had a wonderful experience. The villa, Stintino and the surrounding areas all exceeded our expectations and we look forward to returning again. I would not hesitate to recommend the villa to friends and family.

Een sfeervol schoon huis met oog voor veel details. ruime slaapkamers met airco en en heerlijk zwembad met voldoende ligbedden en stoelen. Het huis heeft een prachtig uitzicht over de zee. fijne keuken met uitgebreid serviesgoed. We zijn door Roberta, de hostes zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk ontvangen. We hebben er een super (met 8 personen) een fijne week gehad.

Beautifully Appointed and Well-equipped Villa in Great Location!!

Our family group of 5 from the Northeastern U.S. has just returned from a wonderful stay at Villa Blanca (Sept 15-22, 2018.) The villa is located directly on the sea in a private gated community called Pischina Sallidda and everything was as pictured and advertised on HomeAway. With some windows and doors open, there was typically a delightful ocean breeze and we enjoyed the sound of the sea water breaking on the rocky beachfront. The villa is spacious and comfortably accommodated us, with privacy for all and many extra beds available for an even larger group. It is in a great location, within easy walking distance to the Town of Stintino along a dedicated pedestrian (and bicycle) path that follows the seaside. A couple of nights we walked to and from dinner at one of the many local restaurants in Stintino. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed once we stocked up with some groceries from the nearby supermarket. There was even a welcome basket with some Sardinian cookies and wine for us, upon our arrival! The manager Roberta (who was in touch by text and phone) and the housekeeper Sylvia (who greeted us upon arrival to explain everything and also met us upon our departure) were very responsive to our questions and requests. Although the Villa does not have air-conditioning, on most days the ocean breeze provided sufficient cooling relief from the warm Sardinian sun. However, after our first night was particularly warm for late September and we only found one electric fan in the house, we asked Roberta if there were other fans available for each bedroom. She said she would get back to us, and on Monday morning, Sylvia promptly arrived to deliver three additional fans to us at the Villa! We had fun using some of the available equipment, including plenty of lounge chairs, 2 sea kayaks, an assortment of water shoes, snorkeling gear and 2 bicycles. Sylvia also returned in the middle of our week-long stay to change the sheets and towels and take out some of the trash and recycling. In summary, we had a glorious vacation and I completely recommend Villa Blanca to families or groups seeking a private, luxurious, picturesque and peaceful location directly on the water in Northern Sardinia. Alla prossima, Villa Blanca!!
