Located in the Bennington neighborhood of West Knoxville, this ranch-style house is minutes away from great shopping, and restaurants. A great location for visits to the University of Tennessee (15 miles away). The property features a large lawn area that is perfect for gatherings and outdoor games. If you enjoy walking or running, this is the spot for you! The neighborhood is perfect for walking or riding bikes.

The master bedroom boasts a new, queen-sized mattress and cable TV. The master bath is connected to this bedroom. Bedroom #2 features another queen-sized bed. It is equipped with cable tv as well. Bedroom #3 has a twin sized bed (there is also a cot available). It also has a desk. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are steps away from a full bathroom. The house provides comfortable sleeping for 5-6 people. There is an additional air mattress if needed. Children are welcome! We have games, movies, etc. and the neighborhood is perfect for bike rides.

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, coffee maker, waffle iron, etc. for large meal preparation or simple breakfasts. The dining area seats 6 and is directly adjacent to a deck. The living room is furnished with a couch and comfortable chairs. The TV has DirectTV. WiFi throughout the house.

Parent weekend at UT

Stayed here for parent weekend at the University of Tennessee. Quiet, safe neighborhood and a quick drive over to campus. Also close to the airport and shopping. House was clean and had more space than we needed and great price. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy property in a lovely neighborhood

Very pleasant stay in West Knoxville. The house is just roomy enough for 2-3 people and the neighborhood is lovely and quiet. I would recommend this listing without hesitation and in fact may utilize it again in the future. 20 minutes of so from UT's campus, so this would be ideal for a small family in town for a football or basketball game. It keeps you out of all the hustle and bustle of the crowds downtown.

Rented for family visiting from out of state. This house was clean and spacious, with a nice yard for the kids to go outside. It was an overall pleasant experience. We would go back again.

Great location of West Knoxville

This beautiful house is located in West Knoxville which seems for me to be the ideal location because it’s close to literally anything. The community is super nice and charming. Al is one of the best hosts I’ve ever dealt with. The place is spacious, beds are comfortable. I’m definitely a returning tenant.

Perfect house

We were between a house sale and new home. This was a perfect solution! The home is so clean , cozy, fully equipped! We felt safe in a family neighborhood! Owner was responsive and helpful! Recommend this spot for any occasion!!

Family Stay during Move

Al was just amazing! He was kind, helpful and very accessible. We have a larger family and needed a home to stay in while waiting for our house to close. The home was just right for us and provided a delightful "first home" here in Knoxville! The kitchen was well stocked and the space was very comfortable. The kiddos loved the large yard and the neighborhood was safe and convenient to activities and stopping. We would most definately recommend a stay here!

Family home

This property was a perfect place for our family to stay during our home search. The house itself is comfy and the yard/lot is fantastic. It was a great place for football games and tag. The kitchen is fully outfitted with kitchen wares but a few new pots or pans could be a nice addition too. No complaints though; this was a house that suited our family of 6 well and the area of town is beautiful and convenient. Al was a responsive and gracious host.

Beautiful quiet neighborhood & big house!

We loved the neighborhood. The yard was huge on one side so we sent the kids out to play in the warm weather. It was a nice big house with 3 bedrooms, so the children had their own rooms. Beds were firm. We put a foam topper on the mattress in the master while we were there. 2 bedrooms had blackout blinds. One room needed new blinds. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Master bathroom has a heat light which we enjoyed. Kitchen had most of what we needed. We did buy a cheap salt/pepper to use and leave behind for others. Didn't use the waffle maker but it tempted me! Tons of books to read in the dining area. Front door manual deadbolt was hard to lock. The electronic lock worked fine. Internet was super fast so my husband's online meetings were no problem. The owner was responsive and helpful. We stayed for one week in between his monthly rentals. We considered using his rental for our transition when we move down there this summer but he was booked up through December. It was overall a great experience and we recommend it.

Very nice Knoxville home!

Our family had a great visit over Thanksgiving 2020! The home was very clean and spacious with ample supplies. The owner was great with communications; access to the home was easy. It was also in a convenient location for groceries, restaurants, and entertainment. Highly recommend this property for rental!

perfect short term rental before relocation

We sold a house in a nearby subdivision and needed a place to stay to finish out the school year. This place fit our needs perfectly. Well equipped with the basics, lots of extra towels and sheets, and a huge yard for the kids to run around in. We loved the shady deck in the evening and spend many nights out there. Neighborhood was very walk-able as well. Al was always very responsive. Would definitely recommend!.

Nice Clean Relaxing Space

We were waiting for our house to be completed and this was the prefect space to hang out while in limbo. There are ample supplies for a family of five. We only needed our clothes. The host is amazing and especially helpful.

Shorey Home

Nice 3 bedroom home in a great location! Lots of shopping close by, 3 Par mini golf range, restaurants and best of all a great neighborhood. Though their are kids, the neighborhood is quiet all day and all night.
