If You Want Much More Than a Hotel Room in Maryville, Tn

Maryville is located 45 minutes from Pigeon Forge/Sevierville, 35 minutes from Townsend and Cades Cove in the Great Smokey Mountains, 2 miles from Ruby Tuesday world headquarters in downtown Maryville, and 10 minutes from Knoxville's Mcghee-Tyson airport.

The 'Cottage' is our guest house adjacent to our home on 12 acres in the city of Maryville.

We invite you to relax with your morning coffee or afternoon martini on the screened-in porch overlooking the swimming pool or have your coffee around the pool with views of the Smokies.

Our 'Cottage' has over 1000 square feet and features a large master bedroom with a king size 4 poster bed and a mattress that our guests tell us is the best they have ever slept on and French doors overlooking the pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and includes a dishwasher, microwave, and ice maker. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and two sets of French doors overlooking the pool.

Quiet retreat on 5 acres. My pup loved the freedom to chase a ball. Hosts are super nice and the pool is right outside the cottage door. After a series of negative personal experiences, this was "just what the Dr.Ordered." I can honestly say it is the nicest place I have stayed in for quite some time.

The host's are the nicest people you could want to meet. Very private with five acres to walk around for exercise. The pool is kept in pristine condition. Very quiet. No noise from the road can be heard. Enjoyed our stay very much.

You can tell when someone really takes pride in doing something they care about and that was my immediate impression upon arrival. This cottage really has everything you will need while away from home. Since we were on motorcycles touring the area and it rained on us everyday, we found the washer and dryer to be the most convenient items located in this cottage. I also loved enjoying a morning coffee in their screened in porch. The setup experienced at this lovely cottage is hands down much better then staying at a local hotel. Thanks again for a great week!

Great location, minutes from interstate, grocery store and fast food. It’s a one hour drive to the Gatlinburg but worth the scenic drive. Pool area and grounds are phenomenal and very well kept. Cottage is bigger than pictures show and plenty of privacy.
