Beautiful spot to stay to experience St. John's. Very spacious home and the views were incredible. The kids loved watching the boats coming in! Def recommend it for a true NL stay.

The location was the most spectacular, right on St.John’s harbour and its busy sea traffic, with lots of windows to take in the view! The main floor was very cozy and it contained any appliance you might need. I loved it.

Great place. Location was amazing. Do not rent a large vehicle in the battery. The place was setup with all items needed for cooking and relaxing.

Glad you liked it! Yes large vehicles don't work here...we are lucky because at least we do have a parking spot but not for large vehicles or bad drivers!

This place was amazing and had absolutely breath taking views of the harbour. Felt like home away from home and was equipped with everything we needed right down to binoculars for viewing the scenery! We will be back thank you host for an amazing experience!!!

We had a lovely stay for a couple of nights last week. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with a view of the Narrows and downtown, watching the ships go in and out. It is a perfect location to walk up Signal Hill as it is literally on the hiking path going up. The parking is a definite challenge, our rental car was luckily a small one, you wouldn't want to try it with a SUV. The area is full of traditional charm, I would definitely recommend.

Glad you enjoyed it! Yes it is tight parking but I always have a mid size SUV and it works. But for people who don't usually park there I definitely recommend a smaller car. It does say that on the VRBO page but I think people miss it sometimes.

Best location in St. John’s

This is the best location to stay in St. John’s. Beautiful view of the harbor and surrounding land. A far better choice than the hotels downtown.

A fantastic house in one of the most beautiful locations on earth. The harbour views are stunning with endless boat and bird watching opportunities. The house is just steps away from an incredible hiking trail up to Signal Hill. We loved our stay.

A great location with a spectacular view overlooking St John’s harbour! The accommodations were excellent with all the amenities and very clean! Driveway is a little tight so be sure to have a compact or midsize vehicle. We would definitely recommend this a must stay!! Thanks!
