You will be very well accommodated and you will appreciate the comfort and space of the apartment,
 in the heart of the historic city, close to the banks of the Loire,.
On the second and last floor of an old Touraine house, composed of three independent apartments, my bright two-room apartment, fully restored and well insulated, for two or four people is ideal for a calm and original stay. Designed to feel at home, it has everything you need for your long or short stays. Comfortable bed, practical kitchen, living room with a nice view of the neighboring gardens.
A pied à terre in the city center, close to all shops, bakery, supermarket, restaurants, museums, markets, train station, departure for excursions.

I will ask you for a deposit of 200 € in check or euros which will be returned to you on your departure or maximum 7 days after your departure (if check)

I really enjoyed staying here. The apartment was central to everything : shops, restaurants, transport and so on. The apartment was located in a quiet side street and it was clean.

Super appartement

Appartement très bien situé pour visiter Tours à pieds, et les environs en voiture. Cuisine avec tout ce qu’il faut, literie agréable, au calme malgré sa proximité avec la rue commerçante. Le cahier prévu à l’arrivée contient plein de recommandations, qu’on a d’ailleurs suivi pour certaines. On a passé un super séjour et l’hôte d’accueil est top.

Merci Clémence En effet j’ai modifié l’annonce car le stationnement gratuit au pied de la maison ne l’est plus dorénavant. Les places gratuites sont à quelques minutes de marche plus loin.

Très pratique

Accueil très sympathique. Appartement calme, agréable, bien situé dans Tours. J'ai en particulier apprécié le soin apporté aux détails qui aident un séjour hors de chez soi : sel, poivre, produits de nettoyage, pâtes de secours (au cas où), café… Autant de choses qui peuvent servir pour dépanner. Il y a un peu de lumière le matin (au printemps) dans la pièce avec le canapé convertible, mais ça reste raisonnable. Recommandé !

Très agréable, bien situé

L'appartement est propre et parfaitement fonctionnel, on a tout a disposition en arrivant, plus qu'à profiter des vacances! Le quartier est très sympa, beaucoup de (bons) restaurants ethniques à prix abordables, le vieux Tours accessible à pieds. Rien à dire!

neat apt in Tours

loved this quaint apt in downtown Tours. Just around the corner from tons of restaurants and groceries nearby too. Should be noted this apt is on what we North Americans call the third floor, but the stairs were not crazy narrow and quite doable.

We could not have been more pleased with the accommodation, communications, and our overall stay at Caroline's flat in Tours. The central location provides easy access to restaurants, shops, groceries, and more - without loud noise from hustle and bustle below as it's located on a side street. While the flat is not overly large - the space is used incredibly well to provide a sleeping area for the kids, eating space, cooking space, and full bedroom. Skip cookie cutter hotel rooms and enjoy a stay in this lovely space right in the heart of Tours!

A charming city apartment and a delightful owner.

The apartment is small but comfortable and very conveniently situated. It is light and bright and mainly quiet although just steps away from a busy walking street lined with cafes and bars. Caroline greeted us with flowers and home-made jam and was very helpful with local information. A perfect spot for two!

Un bel appartement, tout proche des monuments historiques de Tours, où il fait bon vivre. Calme alors qu'il se situe tout proche des rues animées de la ville. Caroline fournit draps, serviettes de bain et premières nécessités (huile, vinaigre...) ce qui est bien pratique lorsqu'on a fait une longue route. L'accueil est chaleureux. Les restaurants sont aussi nombreux que variés et la ville est animée pour les soirées autour d'un dernier verre de vin du pays.La Loire est belle et ses châteaux nombreux à visiter.

Une adresse idéale pour découvrir Tours à pied

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans l' appartement sous les toits joliment décoré par Caroline. On s'y sent bien, on serait bien resté plus longtemps ! Franck et Caroline sont très sympas, merci pour leur accueil et disponibilité.

Wohnung mit kleinen Tücken

Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock eines Hinterhauses (ohne Lift) mit Blick auf die Dachlandschaft der Stadt. Leider liegen die einzelnen Räume auf verschiedenen Ebenen, sodass sie ungeeignet ist für Leute mit Gehbehinderungen oder mit Kinderwagen. Parkplatz gibt es keinen, die allabendliche Sucherei nervt gehörig. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung ganz nett restauriert und ausreichend für 2 Personen. Klimaanlage gibt es nicht, Fernseher auch nicht, es empfiehlt sich die Klappläden tagsüber zu schließen, sonst wird die Wohnung zu heiß. Die Küche ist einwandfrei. Die Lage ist zentral, aber in einer ruhigen Nebenstrasse. Welan hat fast immer geklappt. Alles in allem kann man für das Geld nicht meckern, jedoch sollte man sich den kleinen Tücken, die die Wohnung hat bewußt sein. Trotz alle dem war unser Aufenthalt angenehm und die Vermieterin recht freundlich, sodass ich bereit bin gut zu bewerten.

Sehr nette Unterkunft in Tours

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Tours und ist ruhig gelegen. Das Apartment ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und verlässlich. Wir haben den Monat Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Estupenda estancia en Tours

Hemos disfrutado de una estancia maravillosa en Tours. A ello ha ayudado mucho el apartamento. Muy bien situado (a 5 minutos de la Catedral) pero muy tranquilo. Aunque está en pleno centro no tuvimos ningún problema es buscar aparcamiento gratis cerca de la propiedad. La propietaria muy simpática y accesible. Cuando necesitamos contactar con ella no hubo ningún problema. El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y tenía de todo lo necesario para la estancia (toallas, menaje de cocina, etc…) Sin duda lo recomendaría.

Appart idéal pour séjour agréable à Tours

Nous avons passé six jours (30/5-05/6) très agréables dans ce très joli appartement calme et lumineux, situé à quelques pas seulement des sites touristiques de Tours, des places centrales, des bars et restaurants ainsi que de la Loire. Pendant les journées, nous avons visité les châteaux aux alentours : Blois, Amboise, Chenonceau (!) et Villandry. En fin d’après-midi, en retour à Tours, nous avons pris l’apéro à la Guinguette au bord de la Loire en profitant du soleil et de l’atmosphère convivial avec de la musique et de la danse. Pour les dîners nous avons profité des petits restaurants sympas Place Plumerau et Rue du Grand Marché. Un grand merci à Caroline qui nous a accueillis si chaleureusement dans cet appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût qui est devenu si rapidement notre « chez nous » pendant cette semaine à Tours. K., R. & R. de l’Allemagne *** Wir haben sechs sehr schöne Tage (30/5-05/6) in dieser ruhigen und hellen Wohnung inmitten des Stadtzentrums von Tours verbracht. In wenigen Schritten ist man von hier aus bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten von Tours, auf den zentralen Plätzen mit sympathischen Bars und Restaurants sowie an der Uferpromenade der Loire. Tagsüber haben wir die Schlösser in der Umgebung besichtigt: Blois, Amboise, Chenonceau (!) und Villandry. Zurück in Tours haben wir die letzten Sonnenstrahlen gemütlich bei einem Apéro inkl. Musik- und Tanzdarbietungen in der „Guinguette“ am Loire-Ufer genossen. Am Abend haben wir schließlich in den zahlreichen kleinen Restaurants auf dem Platz Plumerau und in der Rue du Grand Marché sehr gut gegessen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Caroline, die uns sehr warmherzig in ihrer mit viel Geschmack und Stil eingerichteten Wohnung empfangen hat, die so in kürzester Zeit zu unserem „Zuhause“ in Tours wurde. Molto carina

Siamo stati in questo piccolo appartamento molto carino e funzionale esattamente una settimana a giugno 2015 e ci siamo trovati molto bene! Siamo una coppia con un bimbo di 4 anni e mezzo, la camera era abbastanza grande per 3 e tutto il resto comodo e funzionale, la cucina perfetta, la lavatrice ottima, il bagno uguale. La posizione poi è eccezionale con la padrona di casa Caroline un perfetto punto di riferimento e una persona squisita e gentilissima. Avevo una macchina a noleggio e un pò il parcheggio mi ha preoccupato invece è stato molto semplice trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze! Insomma super consigliato!

Lieu de séjour très agréable

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement. Pied à terre idéal pour découvrir Tours et ses environs. L'appartement offre pour quelques jours ou quelques semaines un havre de paix au cœur d'un quartier animé proche des cinémas et des musées. Meublé avec goût, l'ensemble est le reflet de sa propriétaire, accueillante et souriante.

Super location

Nous avons passé un agréable sejour dans ce très bel appartement lumineux, calme et spacieux. Et surtout à deux pas du quartier historique et charmant de Tours. Il est donc idéal pour visiter cette ville et la région de la Loire. La propriétaire nous a accueillit chaleureusement dans cet appartement et est très disponible pour tout renseignement, mettant également à disposition des conseils pour des activités et visites locales.
