The apartment stands out for its 8 m² terrace with outdoor furniture, from where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the sea and the mountain . The living-dining room, spacious and bright, has a sofa, television and a wooden family table to share unforgettable moments. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine and small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster and juicer, making the preparation of all your meals easier.

The two bedrooms have single beds and space to store luggage, one of them with a small independent glazed terrace, ensuring tranquillity and privacy. The apartment is air-conditioned with centralised air conditioning and a heat pump for greater comfort throughout the year.

You can rent bicycles to explore the coast and reach natural landscapes such as the mouth of the Guadalhorce River, where you will find bird observatories and green areas to enjoy with family. It is also ideal for visiting nearby attractions such as Aqualand, Selwo Marina and recognized golf parks.
