Free Wifi Fiber Optic. Splendid and spacious apartment with fantastic views of the sea, swimming pools and gardens. The beach is just outside the urbanization. There is a long promenade of 8 km with many shops, restaurants and shops. The apartment has 120 m2 with three large bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, living room with large dining room, kitchen and a large terrace where you can relax. It has a large common parking, huge gardens with two tennis courts and a paddle tennis court and a very large pool with a restaurant next to the pool only for the owners. In the garden there is also a playground and a sports court to play football. Just outside the urbanization towards the sea is the beach, and on the other hand there are supermarkets one step away (Mercadona and Supersol) that has everything, a pharmacy and several types of shops.

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment. The location is superb, everything you could need is in easy walking distance. A lovely bakery right behind the apartments, a super market across the road and the lots of nice restaurants on the sea front. The apartment its self is lovely and spacious and has everything you could need. Javier is an excellent host, he was on hand if we needed anything and gave us a great list of restaurant recomendations. We well definitely use this apartment again!

Lovely apartment in great location. Ideal for young family with everything you could need.

Nice spacious apartment with everything we needed. Stayed with an 18 month old toddler and suited well. Great location closes to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. The on sight pool was ideal for adults and children. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back in the future.

Excellent location, fantastic apartment in a condominium with swimming pool and restaurant

Wonderful holiday apartment. Javier, the host, is very helpful and recommends good restaurants. Perfect for families either with small children, teenagers or adults. The beach is just across the road, chiringuitos restaurant, or chill out in the swimming pool.Definitivamente, volveremos de regreso, fueron unas fantásticas vacaciones, con piscina, playa y restaurante!!!!!!!!

Our second stay here. Excellent apartment and first class dealings with Javier. No need for car as restaurants, shops, beach, taxi etc are within a two minute walk. The only drawback is that there are no English TV channels - however the wi fi was excellent. Highly recommended.

Home away from home

This was our first time ever in Spain and we couldn't have had a better place to stay. The apartment is perfectly situated near a supermarket and the beach. Everything one needs is in the apartment. Javier is the perfect landlord and made us feel welcome and at home. We'll definitely come back again.

We Love Torrelominos!

Our third visit to this apartment, even better than last time! Location is excellent - supermarkets, beach, taxi rank all within 3 minutes walk. Communication with Javier was excellent, he is so obliging. The new Smart TV means you can watch English TV on Netflix (if you subscribe) and youtube etc. We will certainly return.

Fantastic apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Javier’s apartment. It is spacious, comfortable, furnished to a very high standard and well equipped, with plenty of storage, great sea views and a variety of places to eat, drink and shop nearby. The location is excellent as it is only 10 minutes by taxi from the airport, about 15-20 minutes’ walk from La Colina train station, within walking distance to the centre of Torremolinos and easily accessible to Malaga or other locations on the Costa del Sol. The residents’ gardens and pool area are beautiful and well maintained. Javier was a very responsive host and we would love to stay at this apartment again.

Beautiful apartment in Playamar

We absolutely loved this apartment. It was ideal for our family, having 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and large eating and relaxing areas. It was tastefully decorated and had everything you would need for a lovely holiday. The storage space in the bedrooms was amazing too and the beds were very comfortable. Use of 2 pools was also very attractive with a bar at each of them. Javier was very friendly and accommodating allowing us to stay late in the apartment on the day of our departure. The apartment is situated close to many bars, restaurants and shops. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment. It was outstanding.

Family holiday in a perfect location!

From the very first contact, everything has worked great. Javier, the host, made us feel welcomed. He met us at the gate and showed the apartment, which was cosy and had everything we needed. He also fixed us some padle and tennis rackets to use on the property courts. Tennis 2€, padle 6€. We also got free entry to the pool area with free lounchers (until mid June). The Mercado supermarket is on the walking distance. Cooking was easy, since tje kitchen was fully equipped! Strongly recommend this apartment!! Thanks!!

Perfect Location

Really enjoyed our week in Torremolinos, the apartment is very well equipped, very spacious and located perfectly for the beach. The owners were extremely accommodating especially around our arrival and departure times. The grounds are maintained to a high standard and the pool was fabulous. Torremolinos is well catered for in terms of shops, bars, restaurants and beach. We used public transport and travelled to Malaga and also to Marbella, all ran very efficiently and both were worth the visit. Be sure to research the Costa Del Sol before you travel as the area has a lot to offer; alternatively you can stay local and simply lounge around the pool or the beach. The tourist information centre is worth a visit and the staff there were really helpful. All of this and wall to wall sunshine, we are planning our next trip already. Thank you Javier and your wife for providing the perfect holiday accommodation.

Perfect stay

The appartment had everything you could ask for.kitchen had everything bedrooms clean and comfortable the balcony was lovely with views over the sea such a wonderful thing to wake up to. The area was also perfect two supermarkets a short walk away. A taxi rank just right out of the appartment enabling us to go to the train station and into Malaga a must for the day. Most of all Javier the host was friendly and available at any time if needed which we didn't but nice to know. We as a family would not hesitate to visit again thank you Javier from Sarah and mark with sister rachel and two teenagers macy and Freddie from Manchester England x one small thing we would say and only a helping point not a criticism the 3rd small single bedroom could do with just something to hang clothes on even just a little rail but not a deal breaker at all just a perfect stay x

Fantastic property!

I stayed here for one week with my family, including a 3 year old and a 1 year old. The booking process was really easy and communication with Javier before and during our stay was great! The property is fantastic. Really well maintained, homely and yet practical. It had absolutely everything we needed and more. It had loads of space for our family of four, including 3 great places to enjoy food, an enclosed baloney, 2 bathrooms, Wi-Fi and smart TV. It was a home away from home. The pool downstairs was for residents only - which meant it was reasonably quiet, well maintained and had two lifeguards at all times, which was great for us with young children. The supermarket and local restaurants are literally minutes away. We enjoyed lovely meals out every day and really appreciated some recommendations from Javier. I would highly recommend this property and am sure we will be booking again for next year!

Perfect stay

I have read all other statements and can only agree, this is a perfect stay. My wife and I stayed for 4 weeks in November, and had friends visiting at two occasions. Both staying there alone and with friends were perfect with a lot of space. The master bedroom together with two bathrooms gave privacy. We made almost all meals in the well equipped kitchen with a big fridge and deep-freezer. We found all we needed at the nearby supermarket. We brought our own Cromecast and with the fast Internet we could watch most programs we enjoy at home. Some special gems: * the master bedroom * The glazed Balcony (we used it a lot.) * The See-view and so close to the waterfront * The Orange juice machine * Dishwasher and washing machine

El piso es muy amplio y luminoso, tiene todo lo necesario, las camas son cómodas y las vistas preciosas. La urbanización es una maravilla: la piscina, los parques, las plantas y el césped, todo perfectamente cuidado. El único "pero" es que, como se prohíben las obras en julio y agosto, nosotros fuimos en junio y había mucho ruido de obras, había varias.La playa es estupenda, muy limpia, con palmeras que aportan sombra.

Incroyable séjour dans un magnifique appartement.

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable. Tout d'abord Javier a été très clair sur ses explications au téléphone avant notre séjour. C'est son fils Carlos qui nous a accueilli avec des explications très claires également. L'appartement est sublime et très grand, et d'une propreté impeccable. Tout le nécessaire est sur place (serviette, draps, couvertures, TV, Wifi, vaisselles, etc...). Ensuite l'appartement possède une vue incroyable sur la plage de Torremolinos. Le parking est privé et sécurisé. Nous n'avons pas pu profité des piscines car nous n'avons pas eu le temps, mais nous avions accès à deux immenses piscines. Nous sommes des habitués de l'hôtel Sol Principe qui se trouve juste à côté. Cet hôtel possède 4 étoiles, hé bien moi je rajoute une étoile supplémentaire à l'appartement de Javier. Super accueil, super appartement et des supers vacances. Merci Beaucoup Javier et Carlos, nous reviendrons.

1a Lage und super Ausstattung

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 9. Stock eines sehr gepflegten Hochhauses in direkter Strandnähe. Zu Fuß sind es 5 Minuten bis zum Strand. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem abgeschlossen Privatgrundstück. Parkplätze sind innerhalb des abgeschlossenen Bereiches in ausreichender Menge verfügbar. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet und wirkt sehr gemütlich. Man hat direkten Blick aufs Meer. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und zuverlässig. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.
