This unique loft in the heart of Rome was born from the artistic vision of a Roman artist. The antique blends perfectly with the modern. Sculptures, paintings, and furniture are the hallmarks of this spacious open-concept apartment of nearly 180 square metres/1,940 square feet, featuring a large kitchen, two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a tub and shower), 3 bedrooms (2 double rooms and 1 triple room with a mezzanine), and a large living room. The apartment has an independent central heating system. There is a large air conditioner in the living room that helps cool the entire loft. Fans are available in the bedrooms. The apartment also includes a washing machine, a dishwasher, and free Wi-Fi. The entire apartment is equipped with everything necessary to ensure our guests’ comfort. Looking for a unique apartment in a historic building in the historic city centre? Look no further!
Just a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful Piazza Navona (3 minutes), Campo de’ Fiori (5 minutes), the Pantheon (10 minutes), Castel Sant’Angelo (15 minutes), St. Peter’s Basilica, and the Vatican with its treasures (25 minutes). You can easily walk to almost all major attractions, such as museums and archaeological sites: the Colosseum and the Roman Forum, the Campidoglio, the Trevi Fountain, and the world-famous Spanish Steps. Or, if you don’t feel like walking, you can take public transport—either city buses or taxis—just a couple of minutes’ walk from the apartment. The central "Termini" train station is also easily accessible via bus line #40 (just 5 stops). And from Termini Station, you can reach the main airport via the express line. A shopaholic? Charming and upscale shops are just around the corner on Via del Governo Vecchio (Old Government Road) or, of course, on Via Condotti, next to the Spanish Steps. Folkloric markets like the famous Campo de’ Fiori, wonderful churches housing priceless masterpieces, homes of poets and musicians, and iconic film locations… you just need to look for plaques on the buildings as you walk around. Do you like Italian food? You can choose from hundreds of traditional restaurants. Do you like to have fun at night? You’re in one of the best areas: great bars and clubs, and excellent spots to enjoy the Italian “aperitivo” between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m.—our tradition of meeting friends before dinner to drink a beer or a fine glass of wine accompanied by delicious and varied finger foods. Enjoy our traditions right in the heart of Rome!
I’ll be there for my guests from the moment they book until they check out, suggesting the best attractions to see, hidden gems, and top-notch restaurants.

This is one of the more unique places I have stayed. The location is great and the property was clean. Valerie was most helpful and the process was very smooth. We drove to Rome and the parking that was suggested, Via Giulia, was perfect and pretty close. Overall we enjoyed our stay!
Great location and well coordinated with the host. It is an 1800’s style building with low water pressure and some older furniture but it was a cool place and stylish.

The apartment has a very unique and fun interior. The location is great within walking distance of many sites. Love the neighborhood. We found a great restaurant on one of the quiet streets near the apartment. The apartment was not clean to my standards, and the master shower hot water did not work very well. The apartment had a big kitchen and a large gathering room, which was great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
Wonderful stay in Rome!! Great location beautiful place!! Great hosts! We could not asked for anything better. There was 6 of us 2 young adults, 2people in their 50’s and 2 of us in our very late 70’s. We all enjoyed our stay very much!!
Thank you Valery!!😄👏
This apartment epitomises everything about Rome, character, originality and style but also eclecticism and a touch of chaos. It is very quirky with different floor levels, uneven floors and indoor steps which would cause challenges to those with mobility issues.
The shower in the main bathroom was a water spout rather than a shower and the door seal in the cubicle didn't fit well.
The location of the apartment however is so perfect and atmospheric that these issues did not affect our enjoyment of the city and it was both different and memorable. The beds and other furniture were also comfortable and the communication and check in process could not have been better.
This iconic Rome apartment is in a great location for exploring the historic architecture with all its history. The host was very responsive and quick to respond. The biggest draw back was the showers having next to no water pressure, making showers difficult, as only one of the two showers was functional with how low the pressure was and that one shower was more like one stream of water, making hair washing time consuming.
Dear Philip,
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback. It was a real pleasure hosting you, and we are delighted that you enjoyed your stay.
We look forward to welcoming you back to Rome on your next visit!
Warmest regards,
Valeria
