We enjoyed our stay. We watched both the sunrise & the sunset from the wonderful terrace. The location was walkable to almost all of our adventures. The air conditioning was a welcome relief after our hot walks around the streets of Rome. We would definitely stay here again & highly recommended it!

One of the greatest VRBO views we’ve ever had. You can see the colosseum, Roman forum and so much of the city scape from the terrace. Highly recommend for a truly unique Rome experience!

Candida’s place is amazing! We stayed in the penthouse with our two teenagers and our parents (seniors). Plenty of rooms/beds. We stayed in August with the temperatures hovering around 33-37 degrees every day, but coming back each day felt incredible with the a/c running! A view of the Colosseum and surrounding grounds (lit up at night) can’t be beat. The elevator makes it easy for luggage up and down. The outdoor patio for the penthouse has seating for eating, lounging, and two different covered areas to avoid the sun/heat if you desire. Grab a gelato just outside the front entrance before you head out for your travels. A 5 minute walk to the Metro, 20 minutes to the Trevi Fountain. Just a great location. So many other great reasons to stay here. We would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay very close to the Colosseum. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and had an amazing large patio with beautiful flowers—great place to wind down with a cocktail after a long day of touring. Hosts were very responsive to questions. Beds were comfortable. Street was quiet at night and air conditioning worked great! Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The rooftop access was a wonderful perk for great views. Lots of space in the unit, comfortable beds, and close to a lot of cafes and restaurants. The owner was great and was super helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great communication. The view is incredible. As the other reviewers say, there is an extra set of steps once you take the elevator. The ceiling is low at one point. Be careful if you are tall. The extra steps take you to the patio with your incredible view before you get to the apartment. Nikki met us at check-in. The apartment is clean, and the bathrooms are updated. kitchen is small. Overall stay was incredible.

This was absolutely spectacular. It is even better than we were expecting. To have your own rooftop patio overlooking the colosseum is indescribable. The views out of the windows are breathtaking. The apartment was immaculately clean and the check in process was so wonderful. Nikki met us at check in and gave an extremely helpful property tour and was so kind. We instantly felt at home and had an amazing stay. We will be recommending this property to anyone we know traveling to Rome.
