The property is located within a large hillside estate green, cultivated with vineyards and olive trees. A private garden of 80 square meters with table and chairs for sunbathing is located south side of accommodation with 180-degree view of the sea and cultivated terraces. Maximum privacy and duration of sunshine. Adjacent to the garden private parking space.
The apartment of 50 square meters, finished building in 2013, and finished on the outside with a cover made of local stone and overlooking the garden with large sliding door and two windows all with great views. Inside is very bright and fresh, thanks to the thick stone walls.

Im Grünen und dennoch mittendrin

Die Lage ist super, zu Fuß ans Meer, in die Stadt und der Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke. Der Vermieter total nett und hilfsbereit. Die Via Aurelia in der Nähe bekommt man kaum mit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Studio

Die Wohnung ist fußläufig zur Stadt gelegen und hell, freundlich und komplett eingerichtet. Man hat die Möglichkeit, sein Fahrzeug auf dem privaten Gelände abzustellen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat sich bei Bedarf umgehend gemeldet.

Das Studio ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Man kann dort ungestört seine Ferien verbringen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Loft agréable et proche centre

Nous avons passés une agréable semaine dans ce loft proche centre et plage. Tout se fait à pied en 5 min. Propriétaire accueillant et sympathique. Appartement très propre et tout le linge de maison est fourni, c'est appréciable. La terrasse est intégrée au jardin et offre une vue sur la mer. Seul point noir mais indépendant de la volonté du propriétaire, la route en contre bas est un peu bruyante et circule 24/24.

Abbiamo soggiornato con 2 bambini piccoli, appartamento grazioso e pulitissimo massima privacy immerso nella natura 5 minuti a piedi dal supermercato 10 minuti per il centro e 15 minuti per la spiaggia libera, non ci sono strisce pedonali per attraversare la statale ma non è stato un problema nonostante uscivamo con i 2 passeggini. Proprietario gentile. Consigliato

A great vacation in Liguria!

Our visit there was great because of wonderful weather, warm sea and a city full of life! Guest house is studio type and partly built into a cliff, both the sea and city can be observed from the apartment. There are grape vines and olive trees all around and it genuinely felt like living in the countryside. Others wrote that it was difficult to cross the road, but I think they are exaggerating , because we were there on mid august when tourist activity is the biggest and we had no problems in crossing the road several times everyday. Overall the place is lovely, especially for couples!

Vacanza estate 2015

Siamo giunti in questo bell'appartamento di Pietra Ligure per fare la nostra piccola vacanza. L'immobile in questione pulito e in buonissimo stato, rispecchia pienamente TUTTA la descrizione contenuta nell'inserzione, gode anche di una bella vista panoramica che dal vivo rende ancor di più delle foto. Utile anche il posto auto, visto che a Pietra ligure è un impresa a volte trovare parcheggio almeno per noi che abbiamo fatto la settimana di Ferragosto. Unico neo se devo trovare un difetto è l'attraversamento pedonale che purtroppo non c'è per potere andare dall'appartamento in paese ma ciò non toglie comunque la comodità di arrivare con due passi e senza auto in centro. Il proprietario è stato gentile e disponibile... Consigliato!

Voglio ringraziare i gentili ospiti della loro gradita recensione: sia gli apprezzamenti che le critiche sono utili a migliorare il servizio offerto ai prossimi clienti. Purtroppo alcune critiche si riferiscono a problematiche che non sono sotto il nostro controllo e che dipendono spesso dall'affollamento estivo che comporta anche un notevole aumento del traffico , del rumore e relativi fastidi. Invitiamo tutti a visitarci in altri periodi specie se in cerca di tranquillità e pace(mesi consigliati: settembre-ottobre maggio-giugno).

Enigzins prettig verblijf

De beschrijving van de studio klopt, het huis is prima voor een kort verblijf. Eigenaar aardig. Het is echter geen rustig verblijf. Het grootste probleem is de zeer drukke doorgaande weg, zonder enige veilige oversteekplaats aan de kant van het huisje (geen stoep). Via eigen terrein wel naar een veilige oversteek te lopen echter dit wordt niet aangeboden door eigenaar vanwege zijn prive terrein. Zelfs op het zebrapad zijn wij bijna overreden door een hardrijdende motor die de stoppende auto's in ging halen. Zeer gevaarlijk voor vooral jonge gezinnen. En de hele nacht en dag herrie hierdoor dus ramen moesten dicht blijven waardoor het 's nacht zeer warm was.

Everybody knows that august in a holiday place like Pietraligure can be very busy and consequently you can find high traffic and noise. In addition this year we are in a record hot summer . Most of my guests considers my property more quiet and undisturbed than most of the places in this area. I am planning anyhow to install an air conditioning system for the forthcoming hot summers.

L'appartement était propre et agréable. Le plus appréciable est la petite terrasse avec vue sur le mer. En résumé, un cadre très agréable. Seul petit point noir la route en contre bas assez fréquenter qu'il faut traverser pour sortir. Le centre ville est à 5 minutes et les plages à moins de 10 minutes à pied. On peu tout faire sans voiture. Propriétaire très sympatique, nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette location.

Ein schöner Sommer !!!

Wir haben uns in dem Appartement zu jeder Tageszeit wohlgefühlt. Die Gründe möchte ich nachfolgend nennen. ...ein sehr sympathischer und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, welcher immer erreichbar gewesen ist ...ein herrliches, kühles, modern eingerichtetes und vor allen Dingen sauberes Domizil ... Meerblick ... durch die Hanglage ging immer ein Lüftchen und das Gelände ist durch ein großes Tor gesichert. Das Meer, bzw. die Innenstadt ist in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar. Hier ist jedoch eine stark befahrene Straße zu überqueren! Sehr empfehlenswert!

La descrizione rispecchia la realtà, la casa è in ottimo stato ,la posizione fantastica ,il proprietario molto disponibile, unico problema mancanza di strisce pedonali per attraversare la statale necessario per recarsi nel centro ,mare e negozi.

great location

This property is clean and modern, very well equipped and comfortable. It is close (a few minutes walk) to the town and station of Pietra Ligure, yet situated within the owner's property so it is very quiet. The owner met us at the station and was very helpful in providing information about the area. The area has an excellent train service so it is easy to explore other towns nearby.
