Our family had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home in Santa Sabina. We traveled with with my elderly parents and us, with our younger boys (ages 7 and 11)—and the house provided a great space for everyone to relax and enjoy time together.Santa Sabina is absolutely beautiful. Our host, Francesca and Franco were exceptional hosts. They was incredibly welcoming, responded quickly to every question, and was always happy to help with anything we needed throughout our stay.The home itself was very inviting. We especially loved the outdoor pool, where we enjoyed our swims before and after the beach. The kitchen is on the smaller side, but it was convenient. We cooked several meals during our six-day stay without any issues.The location is fantastic. Restaurants, bars, and a small market are about a five-minute drive away, while a larger grocery store and pharmacy are just a 10 minute drive. Beautiful rocky beaches and natural tide pools are within a 5 minute walk, making it easy to spend the day by the sea. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking to experience the natural beauty and relaxed atmosphere of Puglia.

DONT LET THE PICTURES FOOL YOU LIKE THEY DID US. Absolute nightmare is the only way to describe our experience. We were told not to take our children in the base floor- which is where they intended to sleep- because of the mold smell upon arrival. We tried to survive one night there till we could book emergency accommodations somewhere else after traveling 5k miles. The one shower that wasn’t in the basement flooded out while in use. The ground floor was also where the “television” was located- useless. The beds weren’t even fit for prisoners, then they used table clothes for bed covers, no wifi or tv, no living room area, My daughter developed a cough in her lungs from the mold smell throughout the home that plagued the rest of our trip. I tried to resolve by asking for even a 50% refund to help cover some of the loss even though we left the first night- to which they refused- and VRBO was no help to recover either as we didn’t take pictures of the mold smell? The pictures posted made this look like a nice beach villa- the view was nice but the interior was not acceptable

At first glance the property is beautiful, until! Only 3 out of the 5 beds were made with the promise from Francesca linen would come in the morning, which did not happened. I slept in a bed with no bed sheet nor pillow cases.They provided nothing (dish soap, toilet paper, salt and pepper). We had to ask the kind neighbors for a cup of salt.The property has the potential of being a 5 star if managed better.
