The location was very convenient to the sights of Barcelona. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Very safe feel to the neighbourhood. The unit was as promised. the photos are accurate. The host responded very quickly to messages. The door lock was a little confusing initially. There was not much soap/shampoo/dishwasher pods, etc and there were only paper towels not tea cloths. Would happily stay again!

Enjoyable Stay

We loved the accommodations. Location was great, it was clean, easy to access and communication with host was very prompt. For our group of 6 women, 3 generations, it was perfect. We would definitely book it again,

The apartment was very clean and in a great location.We had two family members that were not able to go but if they did not sure where they would have slept. There was not twin beds as it was mentioned in the listing.It worked out.Overall it was great! Thank you for sharing the space and would do it again

We had an excellent stay in Barcelona. The location is fantastic, beautiful neighbourhood with everything you need on your doorstep, walking distance to La Pedrera, easy access to the metro.The check in process was seamless, with a very responsive host. The air conditioning was much appreciated in the humid August weather, and the lift and the washing machine were an excellent resource when traveling with a toddler in a pram.I would certainly recommend this property to other families.

The apartment was perfect for our family of 4! Everything was easy, clean and the owner communicated very well with us. The area was close to many sites or an easy walk to the subway. If we ever return to Barcelona, we will definitely rent this again.

I would not recommend this property. Our experience fell far below reasonable accommodation standards and was completely different from what was advertised on Expedia. The location information provided initially was incorrect, and we only received the correct address after contacting the owner directly, which caused unnecessary stress and confusion at the start of the trip. The apartment had several serious issues during our stay, including lack of reliable hot water, significant nighttime noise disturbance, one of the duvet covers had mould on it, which was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. Despite reporting the hot water issue promptly, the problems were not resolved satisfactorily. As the person who organised and paid for the booking for a group of six adults, I was left dealing with repeated complaints and a very uncomfortable situation throughout the weekend. I have evidence of all issues raised, including photographs, recordings, screenshots of communication, and booking confirmation details. Overall, this property did not meet the standards advertised, and the experience was very disappointing.
