Great comfy house

Lovely week spent in this comfortable wee flat , spotless and well equipped with everything you would need . Great location . Lovely welcome card and pack from the owners which was a nice touch . Will definitely be back staying here in the future . 10/10

After finishing cancer treatment for my husband we thought this would be the relaxing time for him,how wrong could we be. We booked for a week and came home after two days. The place was filthy, sofa collapsing, piece of window sill missing in living room, old food left in freezer, stained pillows, blind in bedroom dirty stained, toilet brush holder disgusting, cobwebs on light shades in both living and bedroom. Extractor fan in bathroom dirty, doors that didn't close. How photos of the property can be so deceiving I have requested a refund. Failing that I will be taking this complaint to the ombudsman.
