We enjoyed our stay, though walked in very tired and the unit wasn’t quite ready, though when called, it was promptly taken care of. Loved Rothesay and the Isle of Bute.

I fell in love with this property as soon as I went in. It is in need of some TLC, some bits and pieces are a bit tired looking. That being said, I found it really comfortable with gorgeous views and very peaceful. Campbell, the host, was easy to communicate with, nothing was to much trouble. This was my first visit and hopefully won't be my last. I would love to return.

Thanks for your review Tracey and I'm glad you had a comfortable and enjoyed stay. If there's anything in particular you want to highlight that requires a little TLC, please reach out. I try to make some small improvements in the spring, so any thoughts on this now would be good timing. Hope to have you back again for a relaxing break. Thanks again

Im glad that you've enjoyed the flat in the past and continued to return. The flat has remained much the same over this period, so if there's anything in particular you'd want to highlight please reach out. I value the feedback and the spring is the time I try to do some TLC jobs. Thanks

The decor and furnishings are gorgeous, and there are lovely views from every room. The reason I haven't given it five stars is due to the problems when I arrived, but Campbell got everything sorted the next day, gave frequent updates and was exceptionally polite and friendly throughout. We had a very enjoyable stay

This was my second visit to the flat. I was again impressed by the fresh, clean atmosphere. The kitchen had everything necessary for a short or long stay. The bedrooms were airy and brightly decorated with superbly comfortable beds.My favourite sitting position was close to the lounge window so that I could easily check on the ferries! All kept time to the minute. The beaches were clean and quiet so perfect for walking. The Cafe at Ettrick Bay had been refurbished and the menu was excellent.Campbell, the host, was in touch with me shortly after my arrival to check if I had settled in and he told me of upcoming events. He was easy to talk to and as an elderly person I felt reassured with his friendly manner. Wouldn't hesitate to return.MR
