A short 15 minutes away and you are arrive at Hendry's beach, State Street and downtown Santa Barbara either through the beautiful city streets or south on Highway 101.

It is a heavenly haven

Beautiful views and well appointed - even the most remote needs were there. Melissa is most gracious. The property is in a safe, quiet neighborhood that is located close to my son and shopping. We enjoyed the heated swimming pool as well. We met some lovely folks who live there. It was just a delightful place!

Wonderful property. Perfect fit for our needs.

Felt at home immediately. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare meals. Comfortable bedrooms, roomy with 2 porches. Property was in close proximity to stores, restaurants and the beaches.
