Two bedroom two bath corner condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Condo is well appointed with 1380 square feet of space. Granite counters on a new kitchen with new appliances. Bedrooms are large with fine linens and flat screen televisions. Washer and Dryer and jetted tub in Condo and all you would need for a relaxing vacation at the worlds greatest beach. The beach a clean white fine sand with beautiful clear water and amazing sunsets. Corner unit provides a quiet light and airy experience. The only thing missing is you!

Great time

We had a great time! Loved they had beach chairs and beach items. Nice pool and hot tub. It was a nice set up for bedrooms and view. We would go again. Easy to work with.

Awesome Condo - Terrific Host

My week at Indian Shores was absolutely wonderful. The condo was very nicely decorated and spacious. It had everything that anyone would need to feel right at home. The weather was absolutely beautiful and very warm all week. I spent a lot of time at the beach. Also enjoyed the heated pool and the hot tub. Cleanliness

Cleanliness of the unit was poor. They were plenty of towels and they were good shape but they left us nothing to clean the towels with sheets for the bed you could read a paper through.

Wow a million dollar condo with a $4000 dollar mattress and 1000 count egyption cotton sheets (two sets) and we clean the condo ourselves because it is ours and not a business. All for $150 per night please don't come back clearly the Ritz Carlton is for you! Your review does not match anyone else's

Condo not at as described.

No ice maker in refrigerator. Dishwasher didn’t work. Very poorly stocked kitchen. Furniture very old and uncomfortable in the living room. Light in kitchen and light over dining room table didn’t work. Location was great but would not return. Contacted Kevin but with no satisfaction.

Sorry you were not impressed. Yes there were a couple of lights out. As this is the only negative review on any sight for our condo please read every other review in making your decision. The author fails to state that we gave them early check-in and late check-out. It is hard to recover from their flight being cancelled and the long drive from Pennsylvania then they arrived the pool deck closed for maintenance. This is a well appointed 1400sq' luxury condo just look at the other reviews and pictures!

Good view of gulf and inter coastal waterway. Many windows for cross ventilation so it is not necessary to use heat or air conditioning. Close to the best restaurants

This condo is fabulous. It is large, has a breakfast nook with round table, perfect for playing cards. The view of the beach is great. Condo is well equipped. Love staying here.

The pool area is very nice and well maintained. The white sand beach is close. The sunsets are spectacular. The only suggestion would be an update to some of the pool chaises and umbrellas. We had a wonderful two weeks and are coming back next year.
