Beautiful condo. Mostly clean but could use some deep cleaning…black mold in primary bathroom, thick dust on fridge, dusty lamps, etc. Perfect location on IRB. Difficult check in process. Door code didn’t work. Messaged property manager who gave me an alternate code that didn’t work. We only gained access because we’ve stayed in the building before and remembered that code! No directions on where to find our assigned parking spot. Someone else was parked there. We were directed to park in guest parking while they figured it out. Next day, someone was still parked on our spot. Property manager was supposed to contact me when issue was resolved and we never were contacted back, Then by day 3, the spot was vacant. Issue with the elevator which was out an entire day and caused a problem because I have a medical issue that makes stairs extremely difficult. The condo was fully stocked with beach gear, basic starter supplies. Of course the pool was great and the patio overlooking the ocean as well. There are basic maintenance issues that need resolving- the seal is broken on the sliding glass door making it hazy and the bath fan in the primary is hanging off the ceiling and didn’t work. Also, the toilet in the primary ran continuously. Overall, I would choose the unit again if theee issues were resolved.

Awesome condo!

We have vacationed at Indian Shores for the last 15 years. We have always chosen to stay at Beach Cottages every year. This condo did not disappoint. It was equipped with everything we needed for our stay, updated, and great parking spot in covered garage (nice perk!) We will be looking to book this condo on future trips!

Late summer vacation

We have previously stayed at Beach Cottages, although this is our first time in this unit. It is well decorated and spacious. We enjoyed the coffee bar and the kitchen had sufficient stock. The location is great with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Appreciates the parking spot close to the elevators. We will be staying again!
