It is a lovely apartment overlooking the ocean with great views from the living room as well as the bedroom. Caleta Homes staff are highly customer responsive and helped us through minor glitches in understanding the check-in to the property. The check-in to the apartment is via an internet enabled swipe in. Can be tricky if one's phone does not have internet access or the access drops for any reason. That said a key entrance is provided once access is gained. Communication with the host was excellent. That said, for the price I would have expected daily or alternate day housekeeping. Overall a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

I can't say enough good things about this property and the property manager, Caleta Homes. Right on the beach and an easy walk to the historic city centre district and the port, the location was perfect for us.The apartment had everything we needed and the staff at Caleta Homes were so lovely and helpful. We would definitely recommend this company and this location.

Everything about this rental was top tier! The location was perfect - right across from the beach the unit was clean and had everything needed. The property management team went above and beyond in their professional and prompt service. As a woman travelling alone, I felt safe. I would go back again tomorrow if I could!

The apartment was great - clean, modern, well decorated. The best feature: 5th floor balcony facing directly onto the beach.Unfortunately the check-in process did not go well. First, it was unclear which door was the correct entry. Then the electronic code sent by text did not work. Someone had to come from the office (not on site) to give me a physical key. There was only one key but two of us.

Perfect spot

The location and accommodation were great, well furnished, extensive views, wealth of eateries, food shops, closeness to the port and historical quarter etc. I’m fair skinned so being able to retreat to the shaded balcony in the afternoon was a real plus. Nothing really to highlight, satisfied customer. Caleta Homes are very responsive agents.

Wonderful Place!

The apartment far exceeded our expectations. Immaculate, comfortable, all the basics in the kitchen, great location. Wonderful customer service. Caleta Homes lives up to its website's promise of hospitality. I would stay with them again in a heartbeat and have already recommended them to a friend. Thank you for a lovely trip. Small things would make a big difference. A few more hooks in the bathroom would be great and/or another towel bar. As the population is aging ( us! :) ) perhaps a grab bar in the shower. We loved how light and airy the front of the apartment was however the kitchen is very dark and honestly not that comfortable to be in. Other than that no improvements necessary! Thank you again.

Winter sun in Malaga

Caleta Homes exceeded expectations in their level of looking after us for the whole of our stay. Best company we have dealt with. Thank you team. Tiny things - A decent bread knife! A choice of softer pillows A small amount of essentials would be so helpful. eg salt, pepper, sugar, oil & balsamic - things you don’t want to have to buy for a short stay. It was great for us in January - but I don’t know how anyone could enjoy a stay in that apartment during the hotter months without an awning, the sun is intense on the balcony .

A wonderful setting for Spain

Firstly the service from Caleta Homes was amazing. They always responded immediately. Picking up the key at their office and walking to the rental was easy. The bed is very comfortable and both my husband and myself slept well. I loved the pillows! The shower was one of the best we've ever had in Europe or the UK - roomy and plenty of hot water. We needed a French Press (Brit: cafetiere) and found one 100 meters away at a Chinese Supermercado. We really needed a large serrated bread knife and Caleta offered to bring us one but we had already bought sliced bread by that time. The toaster was great. The kitchen amenities are rather lacking but who eats at their rental in Malaga! So many dining options. There were only 2 wine glasses so if you have 2 couples you may need to ask them for additional glasses etc. The view is WONDERFUL. Unfortunately no Smart TV which was a bit disappointing as we're older and don't do 'night life' in the city but there were a few English language programs - ancient westerns with John Wayne for example. No BBC News. We did use the heating a bit as it was early January. The clothes washer worked perfectly. Great Vacation for our first trip to Spain. Kitchen amenities! French Press, more wine glasses, some plastic cups (would not want to drop a glass in the bathroom sink), large serrated knife as another reviewer has already stated. Measuring cups, etc
