Great facilities, very comfortable beds, beautifully kept property in an excellent location. We didn't use the car once we arrived & enjoyed the Easter activities in the village, coastal walks & relaxing in the cosy apartment. The homemade bara brith & supplies for the coffee machine were an extra treat we really enjoyed!

Lovely location

Lovely property, photos do not do the size of this property justice. Well equipped and tastefully furnished, comfortable beds. Situated in a great spot, 2 minutes to the little beach front.

Absolutely wonderful property. Full history in the information pack, and the host broke ground as the first female volunteer crew member and navigator at Moelfre! What an inspiration for anybody staying with young daughters! Beautiful surroundings, unique but extremely well designed and maintained place to stay and once you read up on the history, you can really feel the love poured into making this a proper home from home for anybody staying. Everything you could ever need, including a slow cooker, coffee machine with pods, and home made marmalade! Local knowledge poured into the info pack, and loads of local walking books and welsh language books to learn from and help plan your daily activity. Our daughter is autistic and doesn’t do well away from home, that wasn’t even an issue here. We felt like we were home and it’s the little touches from the host which really make it a special place to stay. A truly special place.

Our stay in Moelfre

We had a fantastic stay here in Moelfre. The property was easy to find and set 2 minutes away from the local beach, lots of places too eat including the homemade bara brith and marmalade. We stayed as a family of 6 (4 adults, 2 children) we provided our own airbeds and bedding for the kids. They slept very comfortably as the property was very spacious. We will definitely be booking again inthe near future.100% recommend

A lovely apartment in a pretty village

The apartment was much bigger than it looked in the photos. Comfy sofas and beds, lots of books available about the local area including walking routes and maps. Great communication from the host throughout and lovely welcome treats too!

Very clean, comfy beds and pillows, plenty of hot water, lovely touch with homemade bara brith and marmalade. Would have liked some milk and bread on arrival, as there is no shop in the village. Off road parking a bonus. The property had everything we needed. Dwyn was a great host very friendly and informative. Great walks from the property along the coastal paths and lovely walks around the village. Village pub is very popular does nice meals and a 2 min walk from the house, chip shop is great 1 min walk. We had a very restful stay, would recommend this property, and would stay again.
