This property was amazing and so spacious. Everything that you could need had been thought of and it was a very comfy stay. The location too is just ideal for exploring the area and so close to the beach too. Dom was also an excellent host and very quick to reply to messages and queries. Would highly recommend staying here.

Super pet friendly Gorgeous garden, just needs some TLC Plenty of space to relax Dom, our host was very helpful and graciously accepted our feedback. This house could be absolutely superb…..just some adjustments and we would gladly stay again!Fab beach nearby, shops and Chinese takeaway were excellent too! Thanks Dom

Lovely house in great location

We had a great stay here mid June with family. All 3 bedrooms had a double bed which was a bonus. Great location with short walk to the beach but also 5 min drive with free road parking too. Would definitely stay again.

Lytham house stay

Lovely 3 bedroom house nicely decorated and clean every thing you would need for a week or more stay. Host contactable and responce very quick beds comfy. Nice garden with furniture and bbq to use shops near by. would love to stay again and to top it off a great price.

Would come back again

This was a nice large house with plenty of room. A good level of cleanliness and equipment. The area was pleasant with good amenities. The house had one or to small repairs that needed doing but nothing of consequence. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this property again . 👍

Nice owner, but mixed experience. Needs TLC.

The house was ok, but lacked some basics unfortunately. Communication with the owner was fine.Greeted with prosecco which was lovely. Televisions in each room and access to Netflix etc. But kitchen was not well equipped and unfortunately the settees were not very comfortable. Lovely garden. A mixed experience overall.. probably wouldn't go back unless it improved.

In terms of the kitchen , it has everything listed in the advert - range cooker, microwave, air-fryer, kettle, double toaster, fridge freezer, coffee cafatiere (with free coffee & sugar). Sorry you didn’t find the sofas comfortable. No-one has mentioned this before, from 60 reviews across different sites.

The house is well presented and very clean, and is in a good position for those with a car. There are 2 parking places, and although we stayed here in August, we had no trouble with parking outside the property. The house has everything you'd expect ie. washer, air fryer, bbq, tv's in the lounge and 2 of the bedrooms, and all the rooms are quiet and comfortable. There is fast broadband that works throughout the houseThe garden is a great size and is secure, which was fantastic for our dog. It allowed us to leave the door open whilst there, so that the dog could wander in and out and we got the breeze blowing through the downstairs rooms.There is sky tv via Glass tv's and the sport channels were available to watch.The bathroom is huge and has a deep bath, and there is a big shower opposite this. The shower has decent water pressure too.Lastly, the owner is easy to contact if you need to, and he responds very quickly to any messages, both before during your stay.
