It was a great place to retreat to and get a bit of quiet time to myself. Very convenient place for supermarkets but also, above all, the main tourist attractions in Buxton which were within easy walking distance. The Gilbert & Sullivan Operas were hilarious!!! Only criticism the WIFI system was not fit for purpose. But then that meant more time spent walking out in the fresh air in the woods and on the surrounding hills and moorland.
Lovely house close too Buxton with all the necessary amenities Mattress in one of the rooms needs changing as my side was completely goneAlso the parking space was very tight if another car was parked in front. Will be back as close to Buxton centre and can easily navigate some big walks towards gyot valley etc from the house itself
