The ground floor of the villa has a large living room with doors opening onto the terrace and swimming pool. Spacious kitchen with all necessary facilities, bedroom, bathroom and laundry room.

Beautiful villa

Great house, large & spacious. Everything you could want. 20 mins walk into Carvoeira. Spar shop 10 mins walk away. Owners Arie & Paula readily available should you need anything.

Lovely setting

We enjoyed our visit very much, Arie and Paula advised regarding hikes and heated the pool as it was cool in the evening. This is a great spot for access to many outdoor activities.

Lovely villa in a central location

My family loved our stay here. It was super quiet but yet a short walk to all the action. If you have a car, there's easy parking and this area is super central to all the great spots in the Algarve. The private pool was a lovely touch and the home was very spacious for our group of 5. The owners do live right next door so they are nearby/on site should you need anything.

Excellent Family Villa

Spacious villa with a well equiped kitchen. Modern furniture inside and out, all the beds were very comfortable. Sunbeds were also comfortable. The outside photos do not do the villa justice, there is far more space than you think. Will stay again.

House is just as described

Communication was excellent and very easy. Check in was perfect. The house is just as described. It is in a great location. House has everything you need. My only complaint is the lighting in the house but such and easy fix.

Lovely place

The property was very nice with everything we needed to entertain grandchildren …a swimming pool. It was a short walk to the town of Carvoeiro with beaches and tours to the Bengali Caves. We had a wonderful time exploring.

Wonderful stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our 7 day stay. We were 3 adult couples. Paula and Arie, our hosts were terrific with dining and entertainment suggestions. Very private, clean property on quiet road. Great location for taking day trips in the Algarve.

Perfect location and spacious home

Our family had a great stay here in Carvoeiro. The home is spacious and has a lovely patio area around the pool. The location is a perfect jumping off point to see nearby beaches and the town. The hosts are available and attendant. We had a wonderful meal at Mama Mia and enjoyed the our stay very much. We will definitely book here again!

Amazing place and location

Carvoeiro is a great location. Lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. We walked most nights into the centre but Uber was also cheap and easy to use. The board walk was easily accessible and filled with incredible views, we love walking so this was a great experience. The villa was spacious with all you would need. Pool was a great size. Hosts were fantastic greeting us on arrival and departure. Would book again.

This beautiful house was just as advertised. Our group of 7 (three grown children and two of their spouses) had plenty of room and privacy. We enjoyed the pool and the quiet area. The host was easy to communicate with and the check in process was a breeze. The area is beautiful and there are many easy places to eat and walk the cliffs and shop in town. We hope to be back one day!

Wonderful hosts that became friends

This was such a pleasant stay, Ari and Paula are wonderful hosts and more importantly wonderful people who in such a short amount of time became friends of family. The villa has amazing conditions, very clean, wonderful views and close to many restaurants and beaches. I would also recommend Mamma Mia restaurant. I would highly recommend this villa to friends and family. When i go back to the Algarve i will surely look to stay here again. Paula thank you so much for your hospitality.
