This 12th-floor condo offers breathtaking views you won’t regret. From the moment you step inside, you’ll feel like you’ve arrived in paradise. Fully furnished and stocked with starter supplies, it’s located on the quiet south end of Ft. Myers Beach. The lanai overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, and you’ll enjoy access to a private white sandy beach perfect for fishing or relaxing. Take a stroll through nearby Lovers Key State Park, known for its beautiful shelling. The one-bedroom unit features a king-size bed and a queen-size sofa sleeper, along with two flat-screen TVs, kitchen utensils, and appliances. The building includes a large heated pool and four grills.  Laundry facilities are available in the lobby, accepting credit and debit cards.

Spectacular View

The building is well maintained and pool was very nice. Nice to have laundry available. Private beach is so nice to have and to be able to walk the beach to Lover’s Key is great! The view is perfect! Love it!

It would have been helpful to be informed about the construction on the bridge and the work to the beach. To add to this one day they worked on the hot tub which involved a loud jack hammer like sound. The noise was deafening at times. The unit appeared to need some repairs to the ceiling in the living room. On certain days the odor of sewage was overpowering. Overall the unit could have been cleaner. We will not stay here again for all these reasons.

Unfortunately we were not notified of the last minute construction on our property. We didn’t know work would be commencing until after the work began. As for the bridge work, that has been completed and is in use there is no construction noise from that work that reaches our property. We only list our private beach as an amenity we do not promote the use of the beach on the other side of the bridge. You also did not mention any odors during your stay, giving us no opportunity to look into it or correct it. I kindly reached out to you after check in and you did not communicate any of these issues with us. As host we would've appreciated to have heard these concerns during your stay.

Great view! Some issues.

We loved the view from the balcony! Unfortunately, we had issues with the cleanliness of the property, the inadequate kitchen and some maintenance problems. I ended up purchasing cleaning supplies and spent an hour cleaning before we unpacked. The property needs a new coffee maker and toaster. The screen was ripped, the screen door jammed and two drapes need fixing. We were surprised by the construction noise also.

FMB amazing condo

Beautiful 12th floor condo on FMB with the most amazing view. Very safe, clean & comfortable. . Enjoyed every moment of our stay, private beach, pool, and long walks on our Lovers Key beach. Nearby Flippers dining. Exceeded expectations!

Great property. Grounds and building well maintained. Plenty of parking. Very secure.

Unit 1203 was great. Perfect size for 2 people, could live their easily. Unit has a spectacular 240* view. Could sit on that deck all day. Everyone we met on site was very friendly, easy to talk with. Thoroughly enjoyed our vacation.

We had a nice stay for 3 weeks.in January..property well maintained,nice pool and hot tub,private beach was great and not overcrowded.Our 1 bedroom condo was very clean and appliances all looked newer.One issue we had was with our bed.It was comfortable but was set too high up on risers to I suppose give more storage below it?My wife is fairly short and has back issues so it was very hard for her to get up into the bed...we even thought about getting a step stool to help get up onto the bed but halfway through our visit she chose to sleep on couch. Also the king bed was not actually a king but two beds put together.We would have liked a bit larger room with more storage area also...other small issues.....the ice dispenser on fridge did not work properly ,it did at first but then did not dispense ice as needed after a few days...elevators were always prompt and clean, laundry facilities were nice but machines only used quarters and they did not have any change machine available...closest place to get change was a Publix about a mile or so away....I highly suggest to either convert laundry machines to accept credit cards or put in a change machine!..alot of other folks talked about this and complained....over all the location was excellent and we had a spectacular view of the bay and gulf from our 12th floor balcony...all else was good... ...check in and out was a breeze using the smart lock and codes Gina sent us, quiet location and alot of friendly folks our retired age group to engage with....we will be back
