Beautiful and comfortable place above Varenna with breathtaking views of the mountains and Lake Como. Many stairs but worth it. Spectacular view from the terrace as well. Mrs. Claudia made everything easy from checking in, places of interest and how to get around the area. We are looking forward to returning.

If you want an excellent host that goes above and beyond this is the place to stay. Beautiful views and clean, spacious accommodations. If you have bad knees or health problems it may be difficult .

The accommodation was breathtaking, the views of lake como from our room, wonderful. The house was clean, quiet and had everything we could need. The host was very accessible and friendly.

Views were wonderful but it’s a LONG way from the station

The property and views were wonderful and Mr. Luigi was fantastic. PLEASE do yourself a favor and enter the address into Google or Apple Maps and DO NOT rely on the map within the VRBO app. It is wrong. This Villa is up the hill in Perledo and not very accessible walking. We made due but it was certainly not where VRBO leads you to believe it is.
