This home has 4 Bedroom, 3 baths, a large well equipped kitchen and dining area, it also has two living areas for relaxing or watching TV and a washer and dryer . The house has a great location just blocks from all the downtown attractions. Stay here and walk to the Hot Springs, Spas, Shops and several great restaurants.

Pagosa Springs offers year round activities; snow skiing and dog sledding in the winter, camping, hiking and fly fishing in the summer, just to name a few. And no matter what time of year you can always enjoy the Hot Springs and spas around town.

This home is in the perfect location and fits our group very well. There are some quirks to the property that come with historic homes, but it matched the energy of our crew. Will definitely visit again!

The location of this house was excellent. We were within walking distance to much of downtown Pagosa Springs. The Mountain view and wildlife watching was fantastic. It was the perfect place for our extended family to stay while in town. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessities (including a crockpot!). The host was responsive and the information provided on site was great.

A nice large home for an extended weekend vacation. It absolutely meet our needs and the location allowed us to walk to town, the Hot Springs Resort, the river and many restaurants and shops.

We loved our stay. One said it reminded her of grandma’s house—it was so comfortable. The porch was the perfect place for morning coffee and evening cocktails. We watched deer stroll through the yard nibbling on small apples from the trees in the yard.

Great Time
