Enjoy winter activities in Pagosa while staying in a comfortable welcoming western mountain home with excellent views through the pines. Look out from the living room or large deck enjoying the San Juan Mt. range looking towards Wolf Creek pass. Enjoy a restful time in our open plan home. Relax in front of a fire in the traditional wood burning river rock fireplace* in the great room, or lounging on the wrap around deck listening to the wind in the pines watching squirrels scurry up and down the trees.
Enjoy your sleep time in peaceful surroundings on comfortable queen beds. Our home has everything you need for a relaxing stay in the mountains in our home which is not near other homes and surrounded by pines.
Pagosa Springs has so much to offer in outdoor activities, hiking, skiing, fishing, horseback riding, snowshoeing, fantastic hot springs (3 in town to choose from) and a congenial small mountain town to explore with many cafes and restaurants. Walk to town in about 1 hour on the enjoyable back road (3 miles)

This is our family home and we treasure it. Our parents first settled in Pagosa in the 70s. Our home in Pagosa is a peaceful place holding wonderful memories and we relish our time there at home.
I am frequently out of the US as my work took me abroad and I spend a great deal of time in Europe.

Why they chose this property
This location was chosen by my mother to nestle the house that we custom built in among the pine trees with good views to the mountains as well as its proximity to town while still feeling immersed in nature, and no houses too close by. Good privacy.
