This property is in a good location to visit Liverpool. The beds were comfortable, baths clean, plenty of hot water, and we'll supplied kitchen. The checkin process was required going to a convenience store some distance away, providing a code to get the key, then going to the property which was inconspicuously marked. Checking out, which reversed that process, was a bit more problematic for us. The stay itself was pleasant enough, but if we had known of the checkin process beforehand, we would have probably passed on this property.

Would be a 5 star property with a washer.Arrived to 1 roll of toilet paper, no paper towels in kitchen, no tissues, and 1 kitchen towel.Nice freeze but no ice trays. We purchased 1 and left it behind.The communication and assistance from the host company was outstanding.Not offended by the check in process. The store the keys were at is very convenient to the location.

Beautiful Property, Wonderful Location!

I loved this property mainly due to the wonderful location and the great balcony! The key fob did not work however and have been told by the restaurant staff that this is a common issue so I was eventually given a code to enter. This was quite frustrating but honestly is my only complaint. Other than that I had a spectacular time. Note that the property is not air conditioned but due to the 2nd floor location and the beautiful balcony you can get a great breeze. The square the property is on offers two great restaurants and a pub housed in a converted 19th century jail. I could reach most of the city center including the Cavern Club & waterfront within 15 minutes by foot. If I visit Liverpool again I would be happy to choose this location again!
