Stunning sunset views; Beachfront condo on central Longboat Key
Private Condo located on second floor at Tiffany Plaza on Longboat Key. Second floor accessible only by security code elevator or stairs requiring key. Our condo has two bedrooms, both with a king bed, and two full bathrooms. Private balcony overlooking Gulf of Mexico, can be accessed through living room or master bedroom.
Condo Association requires 30 day minimum stay plus separate application filled out by all applying renters.

This condo is my family's home away from home. We do not rent year round, as we enjoy this little slice of paradise very much. Tiffany Plaza is a small condominium complex, with fewer than 50 condos. Due to its size, you never have to worry about pool or beach over crowding. During the winter months, there are many group activities that you will be invited to join. If you like the small town, big family atmosphere, you will enjoy spending your winter months here.
Why they chose this property
Its quiet, its in the middle of Longboat Key, close to Publix, the grounds are absolutely immaculate and lush, and if you have any issues whatsoever, we will do whatever it takes to make it right! We want you to love our place as much as we do!
What makes this property unique
The elevator 'rests' on the 2nd floor, so many times when you leave the condo to get on the elevator, you don't have to wait for it!
