This large and airy 2 bedroom condo is right on the beach. It is a corner unit on the ground floor and it is very private and peaceful. No stairs - just step right outside. The ideal spot for a relaxing getaway and memorable sunsets. 

This easy access ground floor unit offers two-bedrooms, two-bathrooms, a spacious living room, a full-size kitchen, washer/dryer and a private lanai. 

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a queen bed. Flat screen tv. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. Free wireless high speed internet and cable. Linens and towels are provided. This roomy condo is 1 600 sq. ft. or 150 m2.

Your private lanais overlooks the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The long white sandy beach is just steps away. Chaise lounge chairs available for your convenience. There is a heated pool and tennis/pickle ball courts. Beautiful grounds with tiki huts, barbeque and shuffle board. Bike path along the entire length of Longboat Key. Close by you have Bay front park with open play pickle ball courts.

Great restaurants and shopping nearby. Across the street you'll find Whitney plaza. A quaint little plaza with several places to eat, a bar, a liquor store, a hair salon, a 24 h gym, pilates studio, a kayak and stand up paddle board rental, a design gift store, and more.

The barrier isle Longboat Key has been voted one of North America’s top islands by Condé Nast Traveler’s readers. Whitney Beach is located on the north end of the island.

Approximately 15-30 minutes from downtown Sarasota and the famous St. Armand’s Circle with restaurants, shopping and culture.

Whitney Beach #313

Outstanding beachfront location - can’t be beat. The unit is “as advertised” and the owners are most attentive and responsive. We’ve stayed two years at the other end of the island, but this will be or preferred location on Longnoat Key; two of the finest restaurants are nearby, no crowds on the beach, 24/7 fitness center within walking distance along with a couple of other breakfast/ lunch / dinner choices.

Gorgeous location for beach lovers.

The location cannot be beat and we enjoyed it for 6 weeks. It is right on the beach, with a gorgeous view as soon as you walk in the front door. A simple walk out the beach side door and you can enjoy a barefoot walk on a magnificent quiet beach anytime of the day or night. The place has a well equipped kitchen, plenty of beach equipment and even a pack n play for an infant who visited us for a couple of days. The beds were also very comfortable. Our only complaint and reason for not giving this a 5-star rating was that the two bathrooms did not do the place justice. They were very outdated and probably due to this did not seem clean. Other than that, the condo was lovely.

Beautiful beach condo

Couldn't ask for a better spot. Private patio by the sea, very comfortable condo, well equipped kitchen. Loved the beachside pool. Tennis and pickleball courts, too were lovely. Shared laundry with next-door neighbors was good for making new friends.

The location of this condo can't be beat! The beach and pool are a few steps from your door and neither were crowded when we were there in April. Sunsets from the patio are amazing! Condo is updated. Everything in the kitchen worked well, as did wifi and TVs. Master bed is very comfortable. Owners are nice and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

A lovely condo on the ocean

We spent several delightful weeks in October and November in this newly renovated, spacious and very well equipped condo. One of its main advantages is that its situated right at the beachfront. It has a lovely ground floor outside sitting area where you can bask in the sun and watch it set in the ocean in the evening. This time we were two persons, but the condo is large enough to also accommodate a couple of teenagers - or grand children if that is a better fit!

Very nice place to stay - perfect location ON the beach, clean and very nice owners

The pictures do not do justice to how lovely this condo is. It has such a peaceful atmosphere and the view is magnificent. We enjoyed spectacular sunsets from the living room and the lanai. Several days we saw dolphins swimming in the Gulf. The condo is on the ground floor (corner unit) and is very private and just a few steps away from the beach. (Also very easy access from parking.) We loved talking long walks on the beach and the pool was very refreshing. The condo was well equipped and spotlessly clean. The owners were helpful and pleasant and were available for all our needs. We got a lot of good recommendations for restaurants and local activities. There is a corner shop down the street, Harry’s, a new grocery store (Publix) and a drug store near by. We will definitely stay here again, and have already recommended it to friends.

We have a relaxing condo on the beach and we appreciate the closeness to restaurants, shops and culture on Anna-Maria island, St. Armand's circle and Sarasota.
