Beautiful new villa with pool near PulaNew villa Seve II located near the center of the main town of Istria, Pula. The villa is located in the village Seve. The holiday home is in a beautiful, quiet location allowing for complete peace. Outdoor you will find a sunny terrace with pool and a carcoal barbecue.On the groundfloor ia a spacious open space living room with direct access to the terrace and pool, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom with shower. Two bedrooms are with access to the terrace. Around the swimming pool with sun loungers and garden furniture you can relax or prepare a good dinner or lunch for you and your family or friends.* For electric cars charging costs 20€ per day.
