The first floor includes 3 single units each one comprising a bedroom, a kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 balcony. In addition, the units have a large dining room and living room with sofa bed, dishwasher and washing machine. The three units are joined together by a large living / dining room and balcony overlooking the garden. Parking spaces on site. House can accommodate up to 8 people.
