Schöner Urlaub in einem guten Haus
Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in einem gut ausgestatteten Haus / Villa verbracht. Alles was notwendig war ist vor Ort und in einem guten Zustand. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, bei Rücksprachen (am besten auf Englisch oder per Mail) wurde alles sofort geklärt. Die obere Etage könnte eine bessere Klimatisierung vertragen, aber mit offenen Türen ist auch das kein Problem. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft und der Verkehr hält sich in Grenzen, besonders Abends.

Renovierungsbedürftiges Haus
Lage Haus/Service/Pool ist super. Wir sind mit Kleinkind und Hund angereist. Kinder sollten größer sein, da auf der Terrasse kein rutschfester Belag ist. Bei dem Rasen handelt es sich um Kunstrasen. Wenn Hunde ihr Geschäft darauf machen, fängt es nach ner Zeit an zu stinken. Der Whirlpool ist leider nicht überdacht gewesen..Die Matratzen müssen dringend ausgetauscht werden. Das Sofa riecht ganz schlimm nach kaltem Rauch und man möchte sich nicht drauf setzen. Etwas renovierungsbedürftig

Nettes Haus in Medulin/Liznjan
Nettes Haus mit guter Küchenausstattung und einem gemauerten Grill. Außenanlagen sind gepflegt und der Pool ist gut. Der vorhandene Whirlpool ist ebenfalls nett. Parken ist auf dem Areal möglich. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Negativ: Insektenschutzgitter nicht vorhanden.

Mehr wie erwartet
Sehr Freundlicher Besitzer, ließ uns sogar vor der Anreisezeit rein. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr geräumig, der Pool würde alle 3 Tage gereinigt wie auch der Whirpool. Hier und da sollten Gegenstände erneuert werden, wie die Bepolsterung Sitzmöbel Außenanlagen ( Risse und starke Abnutzungsspuren) . Schade das der Tv gesperrt ist, so das man keine direkten Zugriff hat um Deutsche Programme zu suchen. Hier und da sollten repetiert werden ,wie zb Kloschüssel ( Locker) , Fliegen Gitter

Zomervakantie
De buitenzijde van het huis (zwembad, jacuzzi, tuin) was dik in orde. De tuinmeubelen zijn aan vervanging toe. De binnenzijde van het huis was op eerste zicht OK, al wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. ( een extra pan, schaar zijn eventueel een meerwaarde.) De algemene hygiëne van het huis was niet optimaal. (De matras van de slaapkamer beneden bevatte bloedvlekken, de zetel kan ook een grondige poetsbeurt gebruiken, e.a). voor de prijs die we betaalden, hadden we een kraaknette woning verwacht.
