Welcome to Hale Makani Aloha, a gorgeous 1 bedroom and 1 bath condo located conveniently just steps away from the longest stretch of sandy beach on the Island of Maui. Given our excellent location in the heart of Maui and just 10 miles from the Kahului Airport, you will enjoy convenient access to all of the island’s must-see beaches, shopping, recreation and activities. Living in this wonderful condo you will enjoy the beautiful bamboo flooring, contemporary island design, a well equipped kitchen and living room with AC and a bedroom with a new luxurious bed and another AC unit. Enjoy the soft Maui breezes on the lanai that overlooks the beautiful landscaped grounds, pool and BBQ’s. Free off-street parking is available directly behind the building.

Kihei is without a doubt one of the best places on the island to vacation. It is the sunny side of Maui with the best weather year-round and some of the most beautiful beaches on Maui.

Our condo is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before every guest. Housekeepers use disinfectant sprays and cleaning agents and all linens and towels are washed with the highest heat temperature and additional drying time, to ensure proper sanitization.

The air-con was a much needed accessory and we were pleased to have a unit in the bedroom and another one in the living room area. The property was stylish and was perfect for a week long holiday. It was also well equipped with beach chairs, umbrella and a boogie board. These amenities came as a very pleasant surprise. The apartment was spotlessly clean. I would argue with the ocean view as the condo is behind a couple other complexes and it is also concealed with palm trees and other vegetation. However the garden and the pool area are beautifully maintained and beach access is just across the street. Overall we had an amazing stay and thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Maui.

Relaxing Retreat

My husband and I stayed for 5 days after a 2 week family vacation with kids and grandkids. We did not have a car but we’re able to walk to the grocery store (a bit of a hike), the ABC store, bakery and shave ice store (they were much closer). It is a very quick 1/2 block walk to the beach and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets every night. The whales even put on a bit of a show for us. The condo itself is very well equipped with dishes, cutlery, appliances and has a very good selection of beach apparatus including chairs, a cooler, snorkeling equipment, paddle board etc. Communication with the manager was replied to quickly. And they were kind enough to let us check out late as we had a midnight flight back home. We would definitely stay here again. Mahalo

Gem in Kihei

This condo exceeded our expectations. It was much bigger than what the photos portray. The view from the lanai was wonderful. We spent most mornings watching the birds and the waves off in the distance. The location was amazing, close drive to everything and we were able to see most of the island. The beach across the street is so close and we enjoyed strolling along it most days and saw lots of wildlife including a pufferfish, shorebirds, crabs. The condo was well stocked for cooking and the bed was comfortable. We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella! My only feedback would be that the pillows on the bed may need replacing as they were a bit flat. But overall an incredible stay and we would love to come back one day. Mahalo!

Our condo community is Wailana Sands which is a small, quiet complex of only 10 units with easy access, easy parking and beautiful landscaping, swimming pool and BBQ's. With the beach just steps away, a spontaneous mad dash into the refreshing ocean, a leisurely morning walk on the beach with a cup of coffee or enjoying a spectacular sunset at the end of the day is always an option. It is a blessing to be able to share our home with others. Our home on Maui is a beautiful refuge, a peaceful place to reset, recharge and be refreshed.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is centrally located in North Kihei which is a quieter section of south Maui but a short drive to the restaurants and shops of central Kihei.
