Beautiful, large waterfront home, with a heated pool and separate spa. This home is furnished with a King bed in the Master upstairs and a King bed in Master downstairs. Two twin beds in guest room. Fourth bedroom has a queen bed. Screened lanis on both levels. The downstairs has a large game room with pool table and lots for you to relax and enjoy, a perfect home for two couples or a large family. The Englewood beaches are just 20 minutes away, Tampa Bay Rays Spring training home and baseball stadium is minutes away and Port Charlotte town center shopping mall and restaurants just minutes away. Minimum one month rental.

Wonderful stay!!

We stayed at this property for six weeks, and it was absolutely wonderful! We appreciated the privacy, the grandeur of the home, the pool, the pool table, the canal view from upstairs, and my kids especially loved golf cart rides around the neighborhood in the evenings. All of the beds were comfortable, and everything was clean and organized. When we had a couple small issues, they were dealt with immediately. Jeanette was very responsive, kind, and easy to talk with. We can’t wait to go back! Thank you so much for sharing your well-stocked home with us, and providing every amenity we could possibly need.

AMAZING home and WONDERFUL summer!!!!

We have had the most wonderful summer staying at this palatial home! The home was clean when we arrived, and we honestly felt as though we were on vacation in a spacious mansion for July and August. The pool is gorgeous, and there is plenty of room to relax on the many lounge chairs and eat at the outdoor table too. The upstairs porch has lots of comfortable seating and a large table for eating as well. It is all screened in which was amazing. Our kids (ages 9 and 10) especially enjoyed taking the golf cart out for rides around the neighborhood in the evenings. All stores (Publix, Target, Walmart, etc.) are only an 8-9 minute drive away. It is in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood which we also really enjoyed, since we're from NYC! Jeanette, the owner, is probably the nicest person we have ever met. She was so quick to respond to any of our calls, and we often spent extra time just chatting with her on the phone afterward! We HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone

Beautiful

Nice house in a wonderful area. Kids loved being able to ride bikes in the evening and hanging out by the pool. Close to our favorite beaches for hunting sharks teeth.

Fabulous!

This beautiful 4 bedroom home was everything we hoped for and more! It is beautifully and tastefully decorated. The bedrooms and baths were big and comfortable. Where do I start with the amenities ? The pool was perfect, the fully stocked kitchen was perfect, the pool table was perfect, shuffle board perfect - I could go on.... We enjoyed kayaking in the channel and enjoyed the unique characteristics of the property - fun and interesting statuary around every corner. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and strongly recommend to anyone looking to pamper themselves on a Florida get-away. Janet P.

IT WAS EQUIPPED WITH ANYTHING YOU COULD POSSIBLY ASK FOR TO MAKE YOUR STAY MORE ENJOYABLE. THE OWNER, JEANETTE, IS EXCEPTIONALLY NICE. AFTER STAYING IN THIS AREA FOR THE PAST SEVEN YEARS ON VACATIONS I CAN SAY THERE HASN'T BEEN A HOME THAT HAS COME CLOSE TO BEING AS WONDERFUL AS THIS HOME. WE WILL DEFINETLY BE RETURNING TO THIS HOME ON OUR NEXT VACATION.
