Holiday villa with an extra large heated private pool and terrace area

The holiday villa has been lovingly furnished by us with high quality.

In general, the house is very bright, built according to the Great Room concept (open floor plan). When you enter the house through the entrance, you get directly into the large living area and look out over the pool.

The fully air-conditioned villa has 3 bedrooms. the master bedroom has a king size bed and the 2 guest rooms each have a queen size bed.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, an en suite bathroom, a TV and access to the pool area.
It has 2 bathrooms and an open living area, with dining room, living room and kitchen with breakfast area. Laminate is laid in the 3 bedrooms dining room and in the living room. In the rest of the villa there are tiles, so the accommodation is suitable for allergy sufferers.
The living room is fully equipped with a 40-inch TV, DVD player and stereo.


Our holiday villa 'Pearl of Sacramento' has a living space of 150 square meters and is suitable for up to 6 people.

A special highlight is the terrace area with its 10 x 4 m heated pool, where you can let off steam and swim to your heart's content. The pool area is not visible from any side.


The outdoor area is equipped with a comfortable seating for 6 people, 3 sun loungers, a large barbecue grill and the special, it is not visible from any side which offers you a lot of privacy and tranquility.

Through the nearby palm forest you have the opportunity to observe a variety of animals.

The terrace area / lanai has been replaced by an ultra-fine new screen that keeps even the smallest mosquitoes away.
The 40 inch television with direct TV, the stereo and the DVD player don't let you get bored.

Our WiFi connection is available free of charge.

Of course, the house is equipped with everything, such as. B. Stereo system, telephone, DVD player, various games, child protection by the pool, towels, beach towels, washing machine, dryer, entire kitchen equipment and much more to guarantee your dream vacation.

Comfortable and Quiet Vacation Rental

This was the perfect home for us to be close to our son and enjoy the area's amenities....restaurants, shopping, site seeing. The house was nicely furnished and the beds were comfortable. Although the pool was a great addition it was not as clean as it should be. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home..

False advertising

I have rented properties before and NEVER had we had such a bad experience!! This place is not fit to be called a holiday villa. Windows loose in frame, therefore letting in flies and such, and house could never get cool enough because of bad insulation. All appliances were dirty, including grill, which caught fire. Sink needed to be bleached and scrubbed. Ants everywhere!! Toilet seat in master bathroom has window blind hardware under seat to raise seat higher. Tried to charge me to heat the pool which they advertised as a heated pool in a holiday villa, which is also not true, and after a week they finally came and fixed it so it could heat up. My husband was so disappointed with the place, especially when he seen I had to wash clothes outside in the garage, and the heat index was in the high ninety’s, that he was ready to leave after a week. I got him to stay but it was the worst experience we have ever had to stay at. This house should never be rented out as a vacation home. Truly unfit for that! Would definitely not ever rent again and would not recommend either.

Das Objekt war so, wie wir es schon als Standard seit etlichen Jahren von Villen in Florida kennen. Da wir nur zu zweit waren, hatten wir natürlich großzügig Platz. Rumdum positiv, wären uns aber ein paar Töpfe bzw. Pfannen ganz recht gewesen. Gebraucht haben wir es nicht, aber aufgefallen ist uns, dass es über den Esstisch für 6 Personen keine Lampe gab. Etwas seltsam. Täglicher Besuch eines Waschbärenweibchens, diverser Hasen und Hörnchen war mit eingeschlossen.

Beautiful Home, Great Location and Great Price!

My family of 5 stayed in the Pearl of Sacramento home for 2 weeks. We come to Florida every summer for vacation and this was our best vacation yet. The home was absolutely gorgeous and really clean. We love all the decor and it gave a very homey and cozy feeling while there. We were very sad to leave but definitely plan on vacationing at the Pearl of Sacramento again. The owners were very kind and helpful with the booking process as it was a difficult booking in the beginning due to bank not wanting to approve the charge in the German dollars. But they helped along the way and gave tips to help when calling my bank. The manager of the property was very kind as well making sure we could get in and needed anything through our stay but yet gave us all our privacy too. The pool and backyard area was very gorgeous, we swam a lot. The pool is deeper than it looks( up to 6 feet)which was great and pool cleaners came throughout the week as well. The baby gate around the pool was a must for my family this year as we had a 2 year old and it was very sturdy with locks so our baby couldn’t get in alone. The home has all things needed for your stay such as towels, pans, plates, grill and etc. Nothing was needed except our belongings. The neighborhood was beautiful and close to everything. The neighbors were kind and came to say hello. If I could give more than 5 stars for this home I would, it was definitely a 10! My family enjoyed our vacation so much and got in a lot of quality time together. The location was great, there were so many beaches all within 20-30 minutes and even up to 2 hours. We traveled from Tarpon Springs to the Florida Keys this year during our stay and the drive and distance’s were fine and not long at all. Just all around a great property and location. This was not an issue for my family as we have had this happen to us before but just a friendly heads up that the handles on both showers are backwards. Meaning hot is actually cold and cold is actually hot. After our first cold shower we realized that hardware on the showers is backwards. But again this was not an issue for us as we figured it out pretty quickly but was funny to hear someone yell from the shower that it was cold. Thank you very much to the owners and the manager for your help and allowing my family to stay at your gorgeous home this year. We look forward to being able to stay at the Pearl of Sacramento again in the future. Best Vacation Yet!!!

You can’t beat it!

It was the great experience for our whole family. Everything acording to description and great comunication. I’ve rented many houses and that was the most cleaniest house. I was a little bit afraid when I read the very last review, however it apeared it was a total “BS”… Great house and hosts and I totally recomend this offer and we are gonna totally come back.

This is our second winter at the Pearl! Again we had a wonderful winter. The house is clean & well maintained. The owners are wonderful people, easy & accommodating! Their management company responded to our questions immediately. The winter was very warm & pleasant. I think we swam in the heated pool almost every day. We enjoyed the local farmers markets, restaurants, Englewood Beach & sea food markets. We love the central location for all the trop rock music that is offered! We weren't disappointed. Perfekter Urlaub in der Villa Sacramento

Die Villa Pearl of Sacramento ist genau identisch mit den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Es ist eine tolle, gut gepflegte Villa, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir haben hier mit 4 Personen einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Wir sind alte Florida-Hasen und fühlten uns pudelwohl hier. Leider mussten wir nach nur 4 Wochen wieder nach Germany.

Wonderful holiday! Great house & location

My husband and I rented this home for 3 months this winter! We had a wonderful time. The house had everything we needed for our comfort. Schön, sauber, ruhig...war wirklich schön

Wir sind seit Sonntag wieder zuhause und können nur positives berichten. Wir haben die Zeit im und um das Haus sehr genossen. In einer ruhigen Wohngegend, in der Nähe von Restaurants/Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Pool wurde von uns täglich benutzt, wir hatten sogar ein paar "Haustiere", ein Waschbär und ein Häschen zottelten immer wieder vorbei. Uns hat es seht gut gefallen.

Schöne, große Villa in ruhiger Gegend

Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt und hat alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Sehr schön ist, dass man direkt vor dem Lanai/Poolbereich und rechts neben dem Haus in die Natur schaut und die Ruhe geniessen kann. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war problemlos, nett und korrekt. Wir können die Villa sehr empfehlen. Für Natur- und Tierliebhaber empfehlen wir einen Spaziergang rund um Olli's Pond, einen Natursee mit einem Spazierweg darum. Hier kann man Vögel, Alligatoren und Schildkröten beobachten. Ausserdem ist die Bucht sehr sehenswert. Touristisch ist Port Charlotte noch nicht überlaufen. Eine Mall und alle wichtigen Geschäfte für den täglichen Einkauf sind dennoch vorhanden.

Erholsame Tage in Florida

Wir kamen mit 5 Personen und einem kleinen Hund. Es hat uns in der Villa sehr gut gefallen, alles, was wir benötigten, war vorhanden und wir hatten viel Spass im beheizten Pool. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig und die Entfernung zum Strand nicht weit. Wir hatten in Englewood eine Tour mit den Jetskis gebucht, was sicherlich mit zu den Highlights des Urlaubs gehörte! Der Standort ist nur zu empfehlen!

Traumhafte 3 Wochen

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, die Natur und Ihre Lebewesen (Waschbären, Eichhörnchen, Luchs, Vögel aller Art ) liebt ist hier genau richtig. Denn genau dies finden Sie in der Peal of Sacramento. In nur 40 Minuten ist man am Strand. 10 Minuten bis zum nächsten Supermarkt (Publix, Walmart). Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden. Stühle, Sonnenschirme, Handtücher und sogar eine Kühlbox für den Strand. Die Küche ist bis in das letzte Detail eingerichtet. Alles wie Zuhause. Der Pool ist schön groß und lädt zum morgendlichen Schwimmen ein. Der tolle Amerikanische Grill lässt den Abend auf der wunderschönen Terrasse ausklingen. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Karin, war vorbildlich. Sie war jeder Zeit für uns erreichbar bzw. war Sie mal nicht da hat Sie sich schnellstens gemeldet. Für uns steht fest, wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Toller Florida Urlaub.

Es war super toller Urlaub in der Villa. Diese ist hochwertig eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und wir waren immerhin mit 5 Personen dort. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön. Und der Service vor Ort, durch Karin, ist beispiellos. Wir werden sicher nocheinmal wieder kommen.

Wir kommen dieses Jahr wieder

Unseren ersten Florida Aufenthalt haben wir im letzten Jahr in der Villa von Moni und Sven verbracht, es war Traumhaft schön. Das Haus ist sehr schön und hochwertig eingerichtet, alles was man benötigt, oder auch nicht, ist vorhanden, angefangen von der Kofferwaage bis hin zum Stromadapter. Die Villa und auch der gesamte Aussenbereich ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Für uns als "Florida Neulinge" war die Info - Mappe im Haus sehr hilfreich, da konnten wir uns gleich in der Umgebung zurecht finden. Für dieses Jahr haben wir schon wieder gebucht :-) Vielen Dank an Euch

Traumurlaub in Port Charlotte

Pearl of Sacramento ist wirklich ein sehr gut gewählter Name - denn diese Villa ist wirklich eine Perle! Mein Mann, meine zwei Kinder und ich haben wirklich einen Traumurlaub verbracht, der alle Erwartungen übertroffen hat. Die Villa ist mit einer Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, sodass man sich auch im Urlaub wie zu Hause fühlt. Der große Pool ist ein Traum und lädt zum Baden nur so ein. Alle Abwicklungen, sowohl vor, als auch nach dem Urlaub, waren perfekt organisiert. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit - wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Liebe Grüße aus dem verregneten Deutschland

Es wurde schon soviel gutes geschrieben was wir hiermit gerne bestätigen. Einen besonderen Dank möchten wir Karin aussprechen die jederzeit wenn Fragen aufgekommen sind für uns da war. "Eine versteckte Perle"

Es war unser erster Besuch in der Villa „Pearl of Sacramento“ und um es gleich vorwegzunehmen - … wir kommen gerne wieder, denn es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Schon im Vorfeld der Reise nach Florida war es sehr angenehm, dass die Buchungs- und Zahlungsabwicklung über Deutschland direkt über die sehr, sehr netten Vermieter lief. Einfach und unkompliziert! Die Lage der Villa „Pearl of Sacramento“ ist ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe zum Haus. Sehr schöne Strände & Meer sind in angenehmen Zeitfenstern zu erreichen (20-50 Minuten), und wem dies zulange ist – genießt einfach den Pool des Hauses.(Eine liebevolll gestaltete Info-Mappe liegt in der Villa "Pearl of Sacramento" mit wichtigen Notfallnummern, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ausflugszielen, etc.) Das Haus ist geräumig und komfortabel. Es gibt eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Im Haus weiter vorhanden sind Handtücher, Bettwäsche, eine Waschküche in der Garage mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die überdachte Veranda mit dem schönen Pool und einem großen B-B-Q-Grill zum lecker Steak machen - ist ein Ort, um eine unbeschwerte Zeit zu verbringen. In dem Fall, dass es regnet gibt es im Haus eine Auswahl an Büchern, Brettspielen, DVDs. Für Kinder gibt es Bilderrätsel und weitere Spielwaren. Eine Musikanlage sowie ein großer SAT-TV ist ja auch im Haus. Super klasse war auch, dass wir die Garage für unseren Mietwagen nutzen konnten. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und die Nachbarn sind mehr als freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und uns ist es auch noch wichtig hier zu erwähnen - … die sehr gute Vorortbetreuung (falls doch Mal etwas Unvorhergesehenes sein sollte) durch Karin. Vielen Dank an Moni & Sven (Vermieter) und natürlich Karin – für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub. ;-)

Ein Winterurlaub geht zu Ende

Liebe Monika und Sven, Die 3 Monate Winterurlaub in Eurer Sacramento Villa sind leider wieder vorbei,es war sehr schoen,jeder Tag war ein genuss. Eure Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet genau wie im Internet angegeben. Wir haben uns fast so wohl wie zu Haus gefuehlt. Es war auch sehr wichtig fuer uns das die Schlafzimmer gute Matratzen hatten, denn das ist im Alter sehr wichtig. Das wichtigste fuer uns war der Pool und die Terasse die wir jeden Tag genossen haben. Einkaufs moeglichkeiten sind sehr nahe und bequem zu erreichen.
