Wonderful stay

Very friendly and helpful staff, responsive to messages. Gas ran out during our stay and they were there within the hour to replace. Lovely accommodation, great location. Lovely pool. Pool cleaned regularly. Could walk to the beach in 10 mins along the road with the pram or a few minutes down some steps. Really lovely stay, would use Sonne again! Thank you Property could do with updating. Bathrooms are lovely but rest of accommodation is a bit tired and dated. Kitchen cupboards a bit smelly. Great instructions to enter property, maybe just add in about car parking. We arrived late at night and didn’t know how to open the gates to the drive but eventually found the key fob inside

The villa looked lovely in the photos and seemed OK when we go there but over the next week we suffered with ants and cockroaches. We had to spray with insect killer daily. I couldn't sleep in the main bedroom due to ants and my daughter ended up having to sleep in the smaller room with me because of cockroaches.The cleanliness of the property was poor too; the kitchen was already dirty when we arrived (bathrooms were clean at least).I have contacted Sonnes Villas twice by email and once by text and have been ignored.The resort is lovely but we were definitely let down by this villa. For the money we paid, I expect much more.Would never stay in a Sonnes Villa place again.
