Ein wunderbarer ruhiger Ort, sehr geschmackvolle, hochwertige und moderne Ferienwohnungauf auf einem Hof. Es war alles viel viel schöner, als auf den Bildern. Die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich und unkompliziert, aber keineswegs aufdringlich. Wer Passau besuchen möchte und dennoch etwas Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Eine absolute Empfehlung!!!

Wat een geweldig huis is dit. Grote ruimtes en alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Christine stond ons op te wachten om ons de weg te wijzen. Kan geen minpuntje bedenken. Mooie omgeving, vooral Passau is de moeite waard.

Leider war die Heizung komplett aus nach eiskalten Nächten und die Wohnung war extrem kalt, sodass wir am ersten und zweiten Tag bis nachmittags nur zugedeckt im Bett aufhalten konnten. Nachdem wir uns mehrmals beim Vermieter auf verschiedenen Telefonnummern gemeldet hatten, kam die sehr nette Schwester und brachte nachts noch zwei kleine Heizlüfter. Insgesamt war alles vorhanden, sauber etwas staubig und Spinnweben im Treppenhaus. Die Vermieter waren schwer zu erreichen auch vor der Abreise. Gefreut haben wir uns über die Ruhe.

Womöglich hat das Meer an Weinflaschen, das man nach der Abreise hinter den Vorhängen vorgefunden hat, zu einer getrübten optischen und thermischen Wahrnehmung geführt. In jedem Falle wurden wir als Gastgeber noch nie derart herablassend behandelt, wie von Herrn P.

Niederbayerisches Paradies

Familie Holzinger hat uns liebevoll betreut, vom Lüfter über Eiswürfel im Kühlschrank und Abdunklung der Zimmer war alles bei Ankunft vorhanden. Es war in diesem Zeitraum ziemlich heiß. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und modern eingerichtet. Kurzum wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Leider ist der Urlaub schon vorbei aber wir kommen wieder.

Traumland- wie in Bullerbü!

Besonders schön und mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes neu erbautes Ferienhaus auf einem sehr gepflegten Hof mit eigenem Garten. Es wurden in allen Bereichen nur sehr hochwertige und hochpreisige Materialien verwendet. Tolle Möbel, super Geschirr und eine ruhige Lage. Ein kleiner Bach schlängelt sich hinter Haus. Und sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Fünf Sterne hat dieser Urlaub mindestens verdient!

Die Ferienwohnung bei Familie Holzinger war genial, äußerst sauber und super eingeteilt. Es mangelte an nichts. Die Familie Holzinger ist kümmerte sich total herzlich um uns und das von Anfang an. Es ist Ruhe pur auf dem Hof. Wir werden wieder diese wunderschöne Wohnung buchen, hier ist man super aufgehoben.

Eine wunderschöne geschmack- und liebevoll ausgestattete Wohnung.

Super entspannt und ruhig in dieser wunderschönen Gegend. Ein helle großzügige Wohnung mit allem, was man benötigt und der Möglichkeit, ein liebevolles Frühstück hinzuzubestellen. Wir haben uns auf dieser sehr schönen modernen Hofanlage ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt.

Wunderschöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt

Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für den Aufenthalt braucht und die Lage eignet sich sowohl für einen Stadtbummel als auch für ausgiebige Wanderungen, Kanufahrten etc.

Entspannung pur beim Pferdehof

Toll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in schöner Umgebung, schlichte aber elegante moderne Architektur. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Ferienwohnung ist recht abgelegen, daher ist es Nachts extrem ruhig. Sympathischer und unaufdringlicher Kontakt mit der Gastgeberfamilie. Es gibt übrigens auch einige Tiere am Hof.
