Nestled within a newly renovated building just on the outskirts of York City Centre, this modern apartment offers everything you could need for any length of stay in York.

The ideal location, close to local amenities such as supermarkets, chemist, takeaways, pubs, and just a 15 minute walk to the York Shambles in the heart of the City Centre with a bus route just a 2 minute walk away.

The apartment is located on the ground of the building, please note that there are a few steps needed to access the main door of the property, when you enter the apartment, it is all on one level.

As you enter, you will walk into a cosy open plan living, kitching and dining area. The modern and contemporary kitchen space, with all the electrical appliances you could need including a dish washer and hot kettle tap. There is a dining table for 4 guests to sit comfortably and enjoy a home cooked meal or a take out from York's wide variety of restaraunts. The living space offers a large, flat screen, wall mounted Tv, a 3 seater sofa and cosy arm chair, providing the perfect base for you to sit and enjoy your favourite Tv shows!

There is a seperate utility room with a full size fridge freezer and washer/dryer.

There are 2 bedrooms, both of which offer a comfortable double bed with hotel quality bed linens and towels provided for your use. Plenty of storage space is provided in each bedroom.

Free WIFI is provided throughout your stay.

Sadly parking is not offered with this property, however there are streets nearby which offer free parking, just a short stroll from the apartment.
