Lovely holiday

We enjoyed the location although a bit of a walk Caervoeiro, as stated in the description. Service was excellent but the patio area and sun beds had to be washed down before we could use them. Overall an great two weeks

Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the location and that our service was excellent throughout your stay. We’re sorry that the patio area and sun beds needed some attention before you could use them, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’ll certainly take this on board with our team. It’s wonderful to know that, overall, you had a great two weeks, and we hope to welcome you back again in the future!

Dawn

We loved the villa, the space it had everything we needed for a great stay It was nothing major, but I think it would be good to know at least a day when the people would be in to clean the pool or do the gardening. Just so you are aware.

Lovely Week at Casa Castelinho

We had a great week. Spacious, unpretentious villa on the edge of town, with an easy walk or drive to the centre of Carvaeiro, and easy to get to a choice of beaches, supermarkets and the water park. Ideal for two families of four, and the pool entertained the children every day. We thought it was great value. Not a lot needed, but some small things would make a difference: Water jugs for table, ice trays for freezer, and the air con did not work in one of the bedrooms. All the reception room and bedroom drawers/cupboards were damp and musty when opened, but became fine when aired. Elite were very responsive when we had a jammed loo cistern and a problem with the oven.
