Excellent location and great support from the bravissimo to any issues. Checking in using the swipe key was an issue likely due to poor internet connection in the building, Was not aware of the optional code to enter on the lock so a suggest that they make this really clear that the swipe may not work and that entering the code is likely the better option. Otherwise a great place to stay.
