Mostly good and some bad

Our family was excited to land in Milan and arrive at our apartment. We settled in well. The apartment resembled the photos. The apartment was centrally located in a beautiful building. A couple of details: Service from the property manager was lacking. Using the VRBO app, I contacted the manager a couple of times about the lack of air conditioning. We were only contacted on the last day to let us know they had entered the apartment to adjust the air. One suggestion: Complete instructions for entering the building and apartment. It took us awhile to figure out the lock and door. Thank you.
