Short walk to beach, restaurants and boardwalk activity so location was great. Nice open floor plan on first floor, balcony access on two floors. Bedrooms are good size and 3 full baths. Worked great for our family. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great location

This is our second time at this property so we knew what to expect. The location is excellent being on the beach side of Ocean Blvd. Due to storm damage the beach was narrower than usual this year. It’s about a 10 minute walk down to the seashell and casino area. The property is quiet and comfortable.

Spacious, comfortable beach house

The house was just like it was listed. There was plenty of room to spread out and have your own space, 3 bathrooms was a huge plus when there’s 6 adults. We enjoyed the balconies for outdoor time. The gas grill was convenient too. Best of all was the short walk to the beach! In addition to all these benefits is 3 parking spaces and air conditioning! Great property!

Listing is accurate. Clean, open, spacious. Easy walk to the beach a few hundred yards down the dead end street. We recommend watching the fireworks on Wednesday night from the beach near the house. Avoid the crowds. Very convenient. 10 minute walk to the heart of the boardwalk. Garage parking is very unusual at the beach, but handy. Balcony was great for evening relaxing. Owners are around and checked to make sure everything was OK. You can tell they care about the property and guests. Our only recommendation is sunblocking curtains as the sun really comes into the bedrooms early each morning. Would be great to have a washer/dryer I. The unit but we understand why there isn’t. Overall great week at the beach with grandkids.

Hampton Beach Vacation

We had a relaxing week of vacation at the beach. This townhouse is in a great location. Very short walk to the beach and also an easy walk to the boardwalk. It was very clean and spacious. Had all of the amenities that we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Hampton Beach stay

We really enjoyed staying at this townhouse. We loved the proximity to the beach and the walking distance to the boardwalk area while maintaining a peaceful quiet atmosphere by the townhouse. Our only disappointment was not knowing we needed to provide our own beach chairs.

Great beach house, great location and was better than so many beach houses in the area. Think the only downside is check out is very early 9am. I think even 10am would have been best. I would certainly recommend staying here.

Relaxing week away in a very clean / quiet area.

Property was very clean for Hampton Beach area, I've stayed in a couple of rundown places only for a night or two but this was nothing like your normal place. The neighborhood was very quiet and Georgia was amazing, she was right there to take care of our small issue with the cable connection. Three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was perfect for our family vacation. All you really need is food, sheets, towels and personal items as everything else was there. I was able to clean before we left due to many cleaning items supplied. Thank you Georgia for a very relaxing, stress free week away from home. An outdoor shower is available to wash the dirt off before going in if needed. 2 grills are supplied but we never did use these, maybe next time. I suggest you fold your mirrors in before entering the garage as it is a tight fit but we were able to park 2 cars and there was still room in the driveway for a third when needed. We all would definitely recommend this property and property manager to anyone looking for a stress-free relaxing vacation. So glad it was smoke free too.

I cherish our short summers in New Hampshire and since I retired I decided to become a host so others could enjoy Hampton Beach as well.

Why they chose this property

We love the location and its history.
The Island Section of Hampton Beach was once...an island!

White Rocks Island became attached to Hampton Beach, (due to shifting sands) before the 20th century.

The island quickly became popular and within a short time had the largest cluster of Beach cottages.

Beach erosion and shifting sands remained causing the island to go underwater between the years of 1914 through 1928.

What makes this property unique

Our properties are newer, (they were built in 2007), well appointed and clean. The beach is only steps away and the area is quiet.
